First bad order no big deal but this is the third time I’ve ordered online and it was not right. I like subway but this one in particular is always bad when ordering online. It says on the receipt exactly what you click on the app and still don’t add it or add something that wasn’t asked for. Wanted honey mustard on sweet onion sandwich and recieved a sweet onion sandwich with ranch. Not toasted when asked for toasted. How hard is it to follow a list that tells you exactly what someone wants.

I can’t give service less than one star or I would I don’t know about the food because I was never served. Spent 10 minutes in the lobby calling for someone no one ever came to the register no one ever came out if I would have been a thief I could have stolen the entire store. I never leave bad reviews because things happen but as a store owner with that many cameras around you should know if someone is just standing in your lobby or put a buzzer on the door or listen when someone calls from up front I guess.

Apparently this Subway cannot be bothered to open restrooms on Sundays, even though they are open to take our money. I guess they are unaware that people still need facilities, even on Sundays. I made an inquiry to confirm it wasn’t out of order (it wasn’t), they just don’t care enough about their customers to be mindful of their welfare. There was not even an apology forthcoming or any recommendation on a nearby alternative for those in desperate need. Just a blunt statement of closure repeated in multiple ways. I opted to go elsewhere and will recommend the same to others.

Horrible horrible location! 10/20 DO NOT recommend! The people are RUDE! The guy at the register said “Here” when he was giving me my receipt, like, excuse me? Then they give you little to nothing on your sandwich (no exaggeration!) if you ask for more they charge you! I’ve been here more than once just to try and give them a chance at 1st but nope they haven’t changed. I honestly don’t think anyone would be mad if they got shut down!

Bought the tuna melt and added mustard via mobile order. Picked up and got back to work and the bread was burned completely, there was literally half a scoop of tuna, and no mustard. I spent $11 on half a loaf of burned bread. This location always does Subway a disservice. Will not be back. Every time I order here something is always messed up and the staff are NOT friendly. Reading other reviews, these issues seem to not get anyones attention.

This is the worst subway I have ever been too. They do not care how they make the sandwich. Ask for olives? 2 olives. They are using thin cheap sand which meat “due to shortages” and still only giving you two pieces. This subway is a joke and honestly should be closed or reevaluated.

One of the worst subways ever. And yes I’ve been to many. I ordered 4 footlongs. Asked for cheese on all 4 and not one had cheese. Not one. The bread tasted stale and it was a very lean sandwich. Don’t go here. Better Subways in Little Rock. Customer service was poor. Not at all friendly.

Always been a fan of Subway & always will be but this one particular store has been a disadvantage for me. Never really had any problems with Subway before until I came to this one. I’ve made a few trips to this store lately because it’s closer to where I live now, & a COUPLE of those trips were actually okay. First, there was one night that I went there around 7:30 & they were CLOSED! & I know for a fact that Subway doesn’t close until at least 9:00. I thought that was very displeasing since there were still customers coming up there confused so I went across town to another Subway and wouldn’t ya know, they were open! Secondly, when you walk in, you hear children screaming and playing back in the kitchen or storage room, VERY UNSANITARY! I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want to eat at a place where I can hear and see children playing around in the kitchen around food. Cookies are always stale, the lettuce is never fresh, and for some reason, their ice machine never works. I realize that my review is pretty lengthy, but that’s just my experience with this store. It’s very unprofessional

Just walked into the store and no one walked up. I stood there for a good 5 minutes and no one still came up. I called the store phone and no one came to pick it up. I even tried saying hello to see if anyone would hear me. Disappointing to say the least
