Haven’t been to Subway in Stuttgart in awhile, people always seemed bothered when you went in there and were rude. Stopped in tonight and there were three new employees. All three greeted us coming in and leaving. They all seemed to enjoy their job and had wonderful customer service/manners. There ended up being a line and they all jumped in to take care of the customers. Awesome crew tonight! Glad to see new faces in there!

The crew there is lazy, inconsiderate,under trained,rude, hateful. I will be the only customer inside and drive thru and it still takes me 25-45 min for my order to be ready. It was a wonderful experience as a member of the Stuttgart community about 1 year 6 months . The management and the crew back then had done such a phenomenal job that anyone else is just rookies

I tried to use one of their coupons for my order and they kept saying that they were all expired and I know that they were not expired. The workers then told me that I had to pay for the two sandwiches or they would call on me for theft and fraud. I told them to go ahead and they would be the ones in trouble for trying to make disabled senior citizens pay full price and give them no discount and say that the brand new ad was expired. The subway in Sheridan is the same way.

Good subway to eat at… its just the prices of everything is getting outrageous I paid $18 for a footlong chicken bacon ranch sandwich. almost wasn’t enjoyable for that price! Still a good subway and they have a drive through

Just started working in Stuttgart and not familiar with the area. But I love subway! Stopped in on my lunch and it was great. Employee that waited on me was excellent. Fast service! Good food!

Today I ask for fresh tuna, cause tuna was at bottom of container and look a little dry to me. So between two of employees just at each other and said why. But today employees around 12 pm made me very unsatisfied with service. Is this services I get when I come to subway. Stuttgart subway need better customer service with what employees they today, it’s a very unplease services.

The staff needs to know all their product. I simply ordered wings and it caused mass confusion amongst the entire staff. The ladies are loud and talk to everyone condescending and the poor guy appeared to be fairly knew was just du.mfounded that no one knew how to do the wings. Not rocket science. Took way longer than it should have.
