Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Worst customer service like always. Ordered a good amount of food the day after Christmas only to have my son’s gravy just tossed on top sideways so it spilled all over everything and soaked the bag. I called spoke to a manager who told me just take receipt next time I go and they will replace that one meal which is all I expected. I go today 1/7 and get told it’s been over a week and they cannot replace it. Asked to speak to GM and get told she’s not there and I need to go when she is bc they can’t get her on the phone. Worst customer service from a manager ever. I spend a lot of money at that particular Whataburger only to get treated like trash.

100% the curbside option the order is always wrong… alway forgetting something or getting the order wrong. I’ve told the manager to please tell staff to check the receipts and make sure orders are complete due to something always missing. And again today it happens again. This complaint is only the curbside option.

They forgot my free fries in drive thru had to go inside. Inattentive staff took forever to attend me. I had been craving Whataburger, and was dissatisfied with a dry basic burger prolly won’t go back.

Manager Laura was on personal cellphone throughout the entire ordering process and visit was seen texting and handling food without washing hands or sanitizing was also seen with most of staff in grill area watching videos or something because mobile device was out and they where seen all looking and delaying food orders from the distraction, also sending out incomplete orders when approached the counter to correct my order the manager & staff was seen in the back laughing and distracted as the front clerk was rushing & addressing them that they were unprofessional and shouldn’t take that long to correct the situation when asked to cancel my order because on how long and unprofessional Manager & staff where with non sanitary acts (cell phone, no gloves, cross contamination) possible health code violations and get a refund the manager stated I couldn’t cancel and to contact the Gm but didn’t give a name she seemed bothered and upset very unprofessional. It was a nice atmosphere and the service was awesome!! Very friendly staff.

First time trying the food, the condiments were very good. Spicy ketchup, delicious!
Food to me was a greasy knockoff of the Whopper. ‍♀️

EVERY SINGLE TIME we order delivery from this location there’s always something wrong. Either items are missing or the order is made wrong. If you call the store to complain, they direct you to the “third party delivery app” when whataburger should be the ones taking responsibility for mistakes that their employees make

Waited curbside for 20 minutes and order never came out. Went inside and asked if they just forgot and apparently they were still preparing it. Ended up going back to work with no dinner.

Thx whataburger for my delicious frozen RAW center I was enjoying my burger till I got to this part , it was gross , frozen center raw meat , and by review it looks like this has happened so Many times . Make sure center is cooked. I say no to the wings they are dry some are hollow and thin.

I went to take my 85 year old mom to eat lunch after her appointment the food was great the service was good but then as we walked out and my mom stepped on the cement going to the parking lot my mom fell to the ground fell awkward and hurt herself this was today on 5/22/24 now she is having a hard time walking, I noticed that cement is not level or flat it’s like a J shape the cement looks warped when my mom took that first step boom their she goes to the ground while I’m holding her arm walking her out I need to take her to the ER to get her checked and x-rayed I need the corporate office to get ahold of me asap this happened at the Whataburger in El Paso TX on Lee Trevino and Trawood , fyi y’all need to fix and level your pavement going towards the parking lot facing the road before someone else get hurts, After ER examination I was in contact with Chelsy pass from Sedgwick who represents Whataburger I had explained to her that my mom broke her ankle due to the uneven payment I kept in touch with her sent her pictures of my mom wearing a cast they put on her at the ER at the hospital of Providence sent her the Dr appointments all for what for nothing Chelsy pass got back to me and told me that they are not going to compensate my mom because the reason she told me was that the uneven payment is like that is for drainage purposes which is a lie if you look around the area there is no drainage purposes my mom’s life and my life changed dramatically my mom was in excruciating pain, then Chelsy pass tells me nothing like that ever happened and I responded by saying there is a first time for everything, Whataburger don’t care about their clients if they get hurt on their property whether you break your arm , your leg , your ankle, or your back , they didn’t offer to pay for her pain and suffering, her dr.bills , nothing, my mom is devastated still to this day if you look closely this pavement has been like this for over 20 years , I contacted the city of El Paso they went out to inspect that specific location and said to me that the reason why the payment is so uneven and warped is because of wear and tear when the people are going through the drive thru and that the vehicles are putting weight on the pavement which causes it to warp so in other words the city of El Paso confirmed that the warped pavement is not due to drainage purposes
