Ordered pizza for the kids and got cheese sticks with it. Arrived 2 minutes after the app said it would be ready. It was being finished as I walked in which is good timing. However the cashier was talking with another customer about her nails and had me standing and waiting for nearly 10 minutes before she finally finished up and cashed me out. The cheese sticks were also burnt. This pizza hut needs better managment and employee’s.

I picked up my pizza around 2:48 pm today. It was great, just came out the oven. The part that really make my day, the lady that was there was so nice, very pleasant attitude. Keep up the great work.

We ordered pizza as takeout tonight for dinner after a long time from Pizza Hut. One large cheese pizza and one large cheese pizza with onions and garlic. Once my dad brought the pizza home we noticed one of them had meat on it. The second pizza didn’t even have pizza sauce on it. We went back to the store to ask the store to remake it and they informed us they are out of cheese. When I proceeded to inform the “manager” about the one without sauce she said that is how I ordered it online. I showed her my order history and she refuses to acknowledge it, still claiming the pizzas were made how they were ordered. I asked to speak to the manager and tells me she is the manager and she doesn’t have to tell me her name. I asked for corporates number and she tells me to look it up in my phone. Turns out the store was out of cheese AND sauce. We ended up getting a refund but the service was beyond awful and completely unprofessional.

Ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and it was dry and burnt. Very disappointing after a long day. I called the local number to tell them about it, but reached their call center and was told I had to go back with the order. I DEFINITELY won’t be ordering from this location again.

My pizza was suppose to be delivered between 545pm-555pm and as of 610pm it’s still not delivered. I tip well and still horrible delivery service.

Food was hot, fresh and fast. Both pizzas were baked to perfection with good amount of toppings. We ordered contactless curbside pickup and that worked like a charm. Next time we’re in Folkston we’ll be sure to order from here again.

The food is great but the staff and environment are horrible. Every time I come in, someone has a nasty attitude. I ordered delivery through their website and decided to call the store 30 min after the estimated delivery time. The person on the phone told me that someone was there to pick it up but canceled due to pay. That they have no drivers for the day meaning a Dasher would have to pick up my food. Mind you, I ordered through the restaurant cause I am low on expenses and I know doordash drivers only get paid through tips (I am one) which I don’t have right now. Although, I did try to at least give something. W2 employed drivers make more hourly than anyone driving for Doordash… They need to hire drivers so that customers, dashers, and the company don’t lose out on food or money. What got me to leave a review was the nasty attitude and being instantly hung up on after I said I would need a refund because I can’t pick up my food.
This isn’t the first time someone from this store has had a nasty attitude. My hubby went in 2 other times to pick up food… He watched other customers get treated with such disrespect. Seems to be a common theme at this location.

They charged my daughters cash app card, then came to my apartment and didn’t give the food as we showed proof it charged the card but they took the food back and had to wait 2 weeks or more just to get a refund and the manager on site was rude and disrespectful when I calmly explained what happened I like the food but the service sucks. I worked in customer service for over 9 years, so I have been through different situations, but she needs more training or work on her attitude, and I’m not the only one who says that

Most of the time it’s ok, it isn’t the quality it’s supposed to be. I’ve seen people get old nasty reheated fries and chicken. Pizzas can sometimes come out hard as bricks.

Got our order wrong after we confirmed it on the phone and with the receipt as prof they refused to make another pizza unless we paid for it. I never write reviews but I had to warn people cause it’s that bad.
