I ordered a 6 in #4…as employee was cutting a 12 in, I reminded her I only ordered 6 inch. She ask what I wanted on it… I told her items I wanted, and then after 3 small slivers of onion, I ask for a few more. She said “No! That’s all you get, ” I said, put them on the side, and I would pay for them. She again said no. Can’t do that either.

Poor service! Placed online order for 3:10pm, entered the store at 3:08pm , waited politely for my order. The two guys at the counter didn’t ask if I was there for an order, talked aloud inappropriately about folks, and weren’t hustling to make the already paid for online orders. Finally at 3:40pm they told me my order was ready, I checked it and my cookie wasn’t in there. The two employees clearly don’t care about proper customer service. I will say that the sandwiches were actually correct, hence the two star instead of one. Won’t be back to that store.

Yesterday my husband and I went into this Subway only to leave without ordering. The employee that helped the customer before us did not change his gloves after touching the customers sandwich order, cash register, and his money. It’s really unsanitary to touch money and immediately make a customer’s sandwich with the same gloves. Poor customer service when confronted about order being wrong. Was argued with when I called to state my sandwich was wrong after using their drive thru stating he himself made the sandwich and knew for a fact it was right. It wasn’t. Missing the cheese and half the veggies I requested. When asked who Manger on duty was he said they didn’t have one and laughed at me when asked the name of the general manager.

Any time I have been to this specific Subway I have been disappointed but my most recent order was so upsetting that I had to leave a review. The sandwich I received was sad. All of the condiments were haphazardly squirted onto a one square inch area of the sandwich and the rest of the sandwich was left completely dry. I had requested onions and received exactly one tiny piece of onion on each side of the sandwich. The meat was almost nonexistent from the sandwich as well, it looked like they took one tray of meat, discarded half, and put the rest on my footlong sandwich. To top it all off the staff was very rude and it was obvious they hated their job.

WARNING: if you order from the app at this location it will take your money and then the manager will refuse to make you your food even if you have proof that your ordered it. I am a nice person and have worked fast food before so not once was I rude to her and she was very very rude to me over a SANDWICH!! I do not recommend this place. The employees are extremely nice but the manager with tattoos is not. She is a very rude women and shouldn’t be a manager with the attitude she had. And she refused to apologize for her disgusting behavior.
