Horrible customer service. The new workers are very rude. Lettuce was brown i asked for fresh Lettuce and the had Horrible attitude and did not want to give me fresh Lettuce. Lied and said they didn’t have any and after complaining they open the cooler and showed me it was was brown and it wasn’t. So I asked can I have the fresh Lettuce because it wasn’t brown they said no….! I will never eat at this location again.

This by far is the worst location by far that I have ever been too. At 11:30am there is a sign posted on the closed door stating that they will be back because they are throwing away trash. Than I come back when it did finally open again only to be told that there is no bread at all during the lunch hour. The lady working was not very nice at all. Than she sat down and started texting on her phone. This whole experience with them was a bad bad joke. I would never try to waste my time and go there again.

my friend ordered pizza and they burned it to the paper got on her phone threw it away in front of her was still on the phone said they had to make another one. didn’t make another one so the girl on her phone laughing and playing music had to actually work on her shift. poor thing i feel bad for her. but she made the pizza 20 minutes later the other girl trying to make a sandwhich and was talking on her phone and placed it down by the food. awful terrible never going back next time i’m driving to shreveport if i could give 0 starts i would. have a nice day god bless 🙂

Ordered a steak egg and cheese because their menu said that breakfast was served all day. However, they charged me for a steak and cheese plus $3 for egg. So originally a $5.50 sandwich cost me $10.75. Probably will never go back to that subway since there is another one in town. Service was also pretty horrible. Disappointed since I work so close.

Sandwich was cut unevenly and I got the smaller half. The woman making my sandwich more tore it open than cut it. And the veggie selection was both short on options and had obviously been out for a while. I honestly should have walked out after the bread part. Will not be eating here again.

Employees were extremely rude. One employee saw us standing at register and just stood around helping no one. Drink station was disgusting. No nozzle on root beer so it just sprayed everywhere. Will be using the South Drive location from now on.

Friend ordered a pizza, And they cooked it wrong. Employees weren’t paying attention to requested order. One worker got on phone and threw pizza in trash can! Not trying hard enough! Horrible Customer Service! Not coming back again!
