My experience today was awful the lady behind the counter who was making my sandwich was rude didn’t great me when I entered and she made my sandwich wrong she put mayo on there I never asked for it I said I’m allergic then she picked the spinach leaves off my sandwich that had mayo and I’m tryin to tell her I can’t have it on there period I’m allergic so she rolled her eyes at me and instead of making me a new one she started to help other customers then she finally fixed mine.. customer service is not like how it use to be.. hire people who wanna work not ppl who just want a check because I will never buy from here again I don’t spend money with rude ppl

Never open on time. They say, that they open at 8:00 am it’s 8:10 and the doors are locked and the open sign is not lit up. This isn’t the first time I’ve come here and it’s always like this. When I can get subway the woman that works there always has attitude and the oven toaster doesn’t work. Don’t come to this subway. Service is bad and u literally can’t get a sandwich.

I’m not sure of the server’s name but the my experience at this location was great on Saturday April 16th at 12:40pm. The lady that took my group’s order (blonde pixie cut hair style with a very sweet pleasant personality). She greeted us and provided us great service. I wish I was able to tip her more but hopefully this review finds and rewards her more than my little donation. Thank you for the great experience.

Rude, Rude, Rude service, especially at lunch time. The young lady with her hair wrap on does not have any customer service what so ever. Do she not realize without customers , no paycheck. Also, I was told by her this Subway does not take Subway coupons. “Please post that at door” if that is the case.

A little disappointing visit today. We got overcharged for both of our sandwiches, didn’t get what we ordered and the bread was stale and hard. Definitely not what we expect from Subway but we’re on vacation so didn’t make a scene at the store. We ate our food and left but probably won’t visit this location again. Still love Subway in general though….

Flies get all over food. Informed lady there was a fly on my wrap and she proceeded to wave it off and added the meat to my wrap. I realize the fly has probably landed on all of the items on the line due to it being uncovered. But a decent employee would have apologized and remade the sandwich. Terrible customer service and could potentially cause illness. I’ve visited this location about 5 or 6 times prior and noticed that my stomach doesn’t like it when I eat from this location. After this experience, I now know why. The employees don’t care about food contamination and safety. I will not return and hope plenty others see this review.
