Will not be returning to another subway again. I walked in because I had to use the restroom before I bought something. The lady, using a condescending voice, told me that I had to buy something before I used the restroom. I’m not mad at the lady because she did say that it was a store policy. I’m upset at subway. As a business owner myself, I pride myself on customer service and every time I go to a subway, they are always lacking in that department. Plus their app always sends my order to another location. Food is okay tho

Normally one of my favorite locations to stop at because the manager that would make my food always did it right and it tasted great. Went in tonight and received horrible service from the woman that was there. She had a nasty attitude and I walked out just as quickly as I walked in. She seems to be costing this place customers. Will not be back as long as she is there.

The bread was so hard you could not even bite into it! It must have been at least 2-3 days old, the toppings were all wrong. I wish I could record a video for y’all to hear how hard the bread was!! There was so much pepper I could not even eat it!! Extremely disappointed A complete waste of my money!

I ordered a steak and cheese wrap. “Artist” barely put one scoop of meat in bowl to heat it up. I remarked that it should be two scoops, and was told that another scoop was “double meat” and would be extra $. When adding veggies, again, very stingy. Barely put any lettuce, two or three pickles, same with the olives, only a bare minimum. It seems in this time when so many places are closing due to COVID that eateries that get business shouldn’t be actively trying to get customers to not return, but I wont be returning here. The wrap that I got looked so pathetic it was almost comedic, except this wasn’t a free meal, i actually paid for this.

The worker had a nasty attitude and was very rude and she burnt the bread on my sandwich then kept throwing my food onto the bread as if I made her mad for asking for toppings I will never come to this location again actually I will to get a refund for this over toasted crunchy sandwich waste of my lunch break

It’s odd that I used to go here everyday after work. Apparently now when new workers get hired. A new policy is invented that, you must put in an order first to use the restroom. I don’t understand what me buying a sandwich has to do with using the restroom. Something about the workers don’t want to clean it so they would rather have less customers instead. Very odd concept if you ask me. I wonder if every local McDonald’s would ever get caught using this idea.

Just got done visiting this subway and the two ladies working were beyond amazing. They were super funny, very welcoming, and made my bad day a whole lot better. I wish I could’ve gotten their names because these ladies deserve a raise!!
