Very disappointed went get a 6 in meatball sub and the girl that was making it Was new very understandable but when I told her that it needs more sauce on the meatballs because the where so dry and didn’t have any sauce on them. She went ask the other girl and the other girl said we had to be charged for sauce when there wasn’t any on the sub in the first place of course we didn’t get the sub bc we not going to pay for something that should of already been on the sub in the first place .then the other girl came and I told her and she said we have to charge you and I said would you want to eat a dry meatball sab that is supposed to have sauce on it and she cought a attitude and just left . Very disappointed with the night manager and her attitude about everything when all they had to do was put sauce and it would of been fine . There loss we will not be going back there again.

Giving 2 stars, because my Italian BMT was tasty. But I am extremely worried about the unsanitary condition of the private kitchen and food area based on the public drink area. There is a fountain drink dispenser, as well as two tea dispensers and a water dispenser. The clear water dispenser was looking very yellow, and as I looked at it closer, I could see a mold ring around the inside of that container. As the water sloshed slightly in there the mold moved a bit with it, as some was even floating on top the water, which concerns me with how long that particular water sat in the container without being emptied or cleaned out. My better judgment says I should not have eaten the food I had to scooter there, but I was pressed for time with hungry kids and no other quick options.

Sadly the chain is portion controlling themselves out of rotation for me. A meatball sub having exactly the same number of tiny meatballs didn’t make my sandwich any more desirable. It made me question why a huge Corporation has to nickel and dime their way to survive.

Made a mobile order and paid for it. the store was closed before I even got there. Google says 8:30– it was 8:15 when I arrived. Now I have to contact paypal to get a refund. Either fix your hours or close at the right time.
