Friendly management that wants this place to thrive. Food is always finished earlier than pickup time. Also, the sandwich is always tasty. There isnt a time where my money isn’t going toward a delicious meal, here! 10/10 would recommend

The staff when I go is usually very friendly and accommodating when possible and ive rarely received anything wrong except on doordash orders but that falls on the driver as its usually the drinks and chips which they have to pick up from the cooler and rack themselves. In summary I’d highly recommend the subway here though I know their updating the look but I miss the classic look of the place.

They are ALWAYS out of everything. Drink machine and oven are ALWAYS broken. At this point not even sure why DeRidder has 2 Subway locations. They could just combine the stores and maybe have a one fully stocked store, but I doubt it. I wish this town could get a Jersey Mike’s or Forehouse. Anything but Subway.

literally nothing works over there. drinks don’t work, COUPONS “don’t work” then they gotta ask the customers to say back their order? i don’t know if it’s the technology not working or what, but don’t expect to use coupons or even the app. last time their “app was down” and they canceled my order. very unreliable

I just left Subway A at 1808 hrs and I must give the young man and woman 5 stars. In visiting this Subway for over 9 years, I just witnessed the most professional attitudes and food preparations crew drills ever. I couldn’t make out their names due to it not being legible but they were “on it!”. Four in store orders and a Door Dash. Outstanding; standing out young people.

My family and I came in an hour before closing to get 4 foot long sandwiches. There were two employees on at the time, Tristan was making our sandwiches when he apologizes for taking so long that he has only been working here for 10 days. Shannon stayed in the back closing while Tristan was overwhelmed with our order and an online order coming through, Shannon finally comes out to help and is immediately gets rude with Tristan and starts working on our order. Shannon even says “I have 10+ years experience in restaurants” but left the new employee by himself to work on closing when anyone who is worked in the food industry knows it’s much faster to help get the customers out so both employees can work on closing, it should also be common sense to help out your coworkers if they are struggling, working in a restaurant for two months should teach you that. Do better Shannon, you made this experience truly terrible!
