I came in there cuz I got coupons in the mail for three footlongs for $17.99. I asked for two Phillies and a chicken I asked the two fillies I wanted to be cold because I’m going to bring them home and I’m going to eat them tomorrow I didn’t want the cheese melted or anything they insisted the meat had to be hot to serve it to them. I asked him if it was cooked they said yes it is cooked I asked him if all the other meat in here was cooked and they said yes I said well I can you serve that meat cold but you can’t serve the Philly meat cold and they insisted that that’s the way it had to be so they microwaved my beef they put it in the microwave which I asked him not to do then they put that hot beef on my sandwich which melted my cheese now these sandwiches I’m eating tomorrow how good are they going to be tomorrow after they’ve been nuked today. I thought at Subway you built to sandwich the way you wanted it not the way they made you to get it. This location is horrible and needs to be retrained how can you serve cold meat but then the Philly meat you can’t serve it cold it has to be nuked in the microwave I mean that’s rubbery meat Thank you Subway Thank you so much for the horrible horrible experience I had with y’all today I will be contacting corporate also this is pathetic.

I went in twice this week at 6:00 and they were out of meat balls for the day. They could’ve microwaved 4/8 meatballs for a sub but due to the laziness it wasnt even offered. This subway has changed a lot as the staff used to offer great customer service but looking at the other reviews its an on going issue if them basically running out of many things during the after work rush. They dont close until 9.

We walked in and who seemed to be the employee’s friend, got up from a table inside and went to the register to get the employees attention in the back. Was told by the employee at 8:20pm that they were “trying to close”. When we stood there confused because marked closing time is 9:00pm and no reason was given other than the one statement, the employee tried to walk back the statement, making it feel like we were bothering him by trying to order 40 minutes before close. We left at this point because I don’t want to have to convince an employee to make an order during operating hours. Not the first bad experience at this location but definitely the last because other locations deserve the business more

This is the second time in a row we come to this subway. Recently we came and they said their card machine was down. They did not offer any other form of payment. The second time we came we walked in and all they said was “we are sold out of bread”. We did not get any sort of greeting. Even just an “I’m sorry we are out of bread” would have been nice. We will be avoiding this subway from now on. Hopefully there can be positive changes in the near future.

It is 4/20/22. This was the worst. I would give this place at least a month because they have two new workers that need training. I believe you gotta start somewhere, but I’m sure they have had subway before and watched their sandwiches get made. Yep….give these young folks about a month. To all other businesses, train your new hires before putting them in the front line. Not going back here for now.

Tried there personal pizzas for the first time today. I must I wasn’t impressed at all with the pizza. Subway has great tasting and healthy subs that most people love. I was expecting the same with their pizza. When you see one come out the oven, they always have a great aroma, along with a eye appealing look. I would still recommend subway just can’t recommend the pizza.

This is definitely my favorite Subway in town! I am always greeted with a smile. Bathrooms are ALWAYS clean. Staff is always very friendly! You know what to expect with a good Subway sandwich! But if you are in the Youngsville/South Lafayette area, this is most definitely the better one to choose!

The manager, Gail, is an exceptional person. She knows her customers on a personal level and does her best to care for them. Although she sometimes has difficulties finding employees with the same level of professionalism she does everything possible to make the dining experience delicious and pleasurable. I use this location regularly to feed my son’s basketball team and have never received a poor meal when prepared under Mrs Gail’s care.
