Had $50 order with several sandwiches , EVERY one of them were wrong , some had EXTRA meat , and it was not added , we ALL had cheese , not one sandwich had cheese on it . My husband went back to the store bc of it and they remade one sandwich , and still got it wrong , he was so exhausted and starving at that point he just said F it took what they made and left . Employees are not friendly , they don’t read the orders correctly when placed online . Sadly. This isn’t the first time . Meat was cold. Breads were soggy , and gross . Not even dressed as it read on order.

The sandwiches were great, but my aunt went in for me and my sister earlier today. There were two girls working and they were making fun of her while making her feel incredibly dumb. Normally they have great service, but it was very unacceptable behavior for employees to give and I will not be going back.

Ordered my food in advance for delivery expecting my food to get here by a certain time. Instead they void my order out last minute and cancel so now I have to go through the day without lunch and not able to leave work after I already paid.

Stopped to grab a bite to eat as fast as possible in order to get back on the road. There were ten of us, and only two girls working. They got our food to us so quickly and were really nice. Clean, quick, efficient!!

This restaurant is dirty. The bathroom is dirty, the tables are dirty and there are crumbs and used napkins on the floor. We just ate there and will absolutely not go back. The bread was also stale. While we were there, one worker gossipped with customers she obviously knew while her male counterpart stayed busy behind the counter restocking. Her time would have been better spent with a broom. Additionally, the Coke in the machine was out and neither of the tea dispensers had tea. The Subway mothership should do a standards and quality audit for this franchise.

I pulled up to the store 5 minutes before they closed and my 13 year old son jumped out to see if they were still open. As he was walking up to the door, one of the workers just rudely locked the door and didn’t say anything. He could’ve said that we are closing and I would’ve understood that. It was extremely rude and I won’t be back! Having respect for the customer would have made this experience worth it

I walked in and order a 6 inch meal while the girl was making the sandwich I told her I had a coupon for a free 6 inch so she asked which sandwich I wanted I told her a turkey 6 in. While she was making both sandwiches another girl at register started totaling me up. She took my coupon and told me that it wasn’t valid. It was only valid in New Orleans restaurants to which o replied then why would it come in the mail where I stay in Robert ? She responded she didn’t know but I couldn’t use it so I said ok ,I’ll pay for it . Pulled out my card and she says we’re not taking cards only cash. The whole time the other girl was making the sandwiches . I told her well I don’t have cash so cancel the order .they proceeded to put everything away including the bread …the staff needs to be better trained I think..will not be returning ..

They like to cheat people they don’t like to follow proper protocols like changing gloves even when you inform them of an allergy really disappointing because I like it how close it is to my house and I like the owner but now I Don’t feel safe ordering from this place again. And most of the people don’t wear their mask properly.
