This is the only subway I visit when I’m in Columbus. The bread is always fresh and tasty. The staff greets you when you walk through the door and makes sure you are helped asap. Best cookies, always fresh and yummy. My son loves getting a cookie or two for the road. Always a variety of drinks readily available. Just an all around great experience!! Worth the wait when there is a rush as well!

This is the second time in 2 weeks I have went here and had a cold “toasted” sandwich. Employees don’t care and would not listen to what I wanted on my sandwich, I repeated myself multiple times and gave up trying to tell them what I wanted. Kind of sad, used to be great service. I understand it if they didn’t hear me, but I got the attitude that they just don’t care…..

Love this place. Everyone is so nice.. Working at a restaurant before.. I get food cost so if I ask for more they place more on for me not a problem. I’ve never had a bad experience at Chris’s store. Her store is clean, well kept, she has employees who Care about her customers and they always go above and beyond of what’s expected. Everyone is friendly. I love it at this stupid my favorite one in town!

Just want to add that I got a call from a Subway manager today with a proper apology and a coupon for the inconvenience . Now that’s better costumer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but owning up to them, correcting them and apologizing is important! Thank you, I will give your store another try next time!

Girl who made my sandwich complained to me about people coming in. They needed to stop coming in because she was hungry and wanted to eat. This was at 12:20. Normal lunch hour when Subway is expected to be busy. Poor work ethic. Rude.

Clean friendly subway. If you have seen one than you have seen them all. Fresh bread and tasty ingredients makes for good sandwiches. I also like the soups and salads.

I gave a poor review because of the way the problem was Not addressed, not for the exact problem. I agree that the employees do not listen. I believe that the problem with customer service is corporate wide. Corporate headquarters does not answer their phone either. The store owner responded and apologized but could not help me.
