All the Pizza Huts near us have closed and we really miss the food. Since we’re traveling, we looked up stores along our route and chose the Van Wert location for its dine in option. Boy are we glad we did! The store was clean and beautifully maintained, the food was delicious, and our server, Cindy, was wonderful. We’ll definitely stop in again when we are in the area.

September 2025 update:
So got water to drink to find out after meal they will still charge u full price w pop.
Adult 11.99 so it don’t matter I’d u want soft drink or water u get charged the same. Girl didn’t keep up on our drinks and plates. They were not busy. They didn’t keep on food at buffet took 1.5hrs to get just white noodles

At times they keep up on buffet most time run out of keep putting same pizza up 2x at the same time. Few times they put up new flavors which is kool. Still run out fast w cinn sticks and alway have way to much plan sticks. Love they added sauce for the plain sticks. Also hit or miss if our waitress is happy or nice most or the time. We use to go every Wed but now not much.

We love when we have the waitress I believe her name is Lisa. She is so nice. Wish they have dinner buffet more then just Wednesday 5to8. Wish they have more options on pizza,they always run out of cinnamon sticks,they need to add sauce to dip the reg sticks into, maybe add meat to the noddles.

1)nothing got taken care of for this mess.
2)I waited a year tried again. Our server was great and nice. But the front deck girl that did our payment charged me 2x. I was checking my bank account next day and seen it. I was charged for the normal payment of 39.70 and got charged 41.00 bc I added a tip to my order bc I asked if I added a tip does it go to my server they said yes. Didn’t know I would be giving 41.00 to the server. I will be calling once they are open to complain and order I get my 39.70 back and not as credit.

Fast service but pizza was not cut right. Put us in a small table so had to eat super fast bc not all would fit at table. Wasnt allowed to use another table close to sit our food bc they said its not allowed. Didnt know all special were.
Never going here again for 6 people spent around 55.00

4 tiny pizzas=(7.78×2)
2 ordered breadsticks (6.00)
Small pasta(6.00)
L super supreme(13.00)
Ya for that price it would of been cheaper to go to golden coral.
So disappointed.

Sad to see how bad this place has gotten. It’s to come here for family gatherings monthly for years. Was always good until a couple years ago. I live out of state now but when I come back to visit I would come for some good breadsticks and pizza. Visit a couple years ago i was told they no longer have the breadsticks I liked. Ok not a big deal. Ordered a pizza and was disappointed. Tried again on my next visit, even worse. Skipped it on my next trip but wanted to try again even after my family told me it was not good. They were right, it was really bad. How is it even possible to have a “fresh” pizza turn out hard and taste like day old dry reheated pizza?

Horrible food late and cold ordered drinks didn’t receive them and when asked if I still wanted them? Of course I do I paid for them. Proceeds to say her next delivery is out on 224 and could I wait for the drinks?

I used to love this Pizza Hut . But lately it hasn’t been all that great orders have been wrong foods not cooked good and today they gave me a chicken barbecue Pizza without barbecue sauce . They did offer to resend the order but it was already late and I was annoyed for the 3rd mess up on my last 3 orders so I’m just not going to this location anymore. Plus it seems like anytime I try to claim my points says not allowed at this location. Will definitely drive to either delphos or Celina for now on when I want pizza hut
