Ordered for delivery through the subway app. About half an hour after the order was put in, it was suddenly cancelled once the delivery driver arrived at the store (don’t know why they couldn’t have cancelled the order before that??). When I tried to contact the store by phone (many times) it rang 3 times and then went to a dial-up modem sound. No answer, so I can’t even figure out why I had to wait so long for nothing. Thanks a lot.

09/25/2022 worst subway experience ever. The new start didn’t know what she was doing or even what a BLT was nor did she know what oregano was. Asked for my sandwich toasted and she didn’t even toast it long enough. Put way to much avocado on but I let it go because i want to be nice. My bacon was still cold and my bread was soggy. Also she thought it was ok to chew bubble gum while making my sandwich right in front of her manager…. Oh and can’t forget about the homeless guy sleeping in the store…. WOW i want order replaced but I think I’ll call daytime staff instead

I’m not even sure where to start. We ordered online, my boyfriend picked it up when he brought it home there was a paper bag with $3.00 in cash. Not all of our order was there so naturally I called. The girl on the phone said the cash was a refund for part of our order that they didn’t fill. When I asked her why she didn’t tell my boyfriend this when he was there, she said he didn’t give her a chance. She was on speaker phone and he calmly reminded her that wasn’t true. The next thing that came out of her mouth was,”actually, I thought he was a door dasher and I didn’t want to tell him your money was in the bag because we have had alot of problems with door dashers”. I calmly told her I was hanging up as that it was inappropriate for her to say 2-17-2022 745pm

Ordered online – a huge mistake! They messed up my order and didn’t put everything that was requested on the sandwiches or put the wrong ingredients all together. Seriously?? I don’t care if it was the lunch rush, how hard is it to read an order correctly? Was not impressed! This location has failed me several times even going in person has always been bad customer service as well; what they can’t hire decent people to work there???? Bad customer service! Shame on me for thinking online ordering would have been any different. Time to look for another Subway location. S.48th is not the place to go!
