I love this subway!!! There ingredients are always fresh and the service is really good! At this point one of the workers knows me! They are always friendly and it is supper clean in there. Smell always makes me hungry and they offer free cookie or drink to lps students/staff!

My spouse went in here to get a sandwich and the individual who helped them was exceptionally rude for absolutely no reason. The sandwich was to be a treat- yes, it’s the small things that can bring joy when life is kicking you down. They went in with a positive attitude and a little bit of excitement even… but this individual working decided to ruin all of that. I’m sorry, but having a bad day doesn’t mean you can take it out on everyone else. I hope you continue to have bad days exclusively.

My husband and I came down for some dinner we had a coupon to use and Kai was incredibly friendly, talkative, able to serve us in a timely manner. Very accommodating and we were blown away with how clean the place was. The fact she was there by herself really blew me away she’s fantastic! Give her a damn raise. I told my husband don’t take me to any other subway this place is awesome!!

Decided to get subway mid day as I was hungry after a long day. Had better service before with young girl working there. But this time around it was a guy heavy built. Was very rude and super slow. Waited a long time in line telling me they dont have any meatballs or enough steak for a footlong? Like arent you supposed to have food ready to serve! So I decided to leave without getting anything. Step up your products first at Subway before also charging alot for a basic sandwich that I couldn’t get. Haa

Ordered online – a huge mistake! They messed up my order and didn’t put everything that was requested on the sandwiches or put the wrong ingredients all together. Seriously?? I don’t care if it was the lunch rush, how hard is it to read an order correctly? Was not impressed! This location has failed me several times even going in person has always been bad customer service as well; what they can’t hire decent people to work there???? Bad customer service! Shame on me for thinking online ordering would have been any different. Time to look for another Subway location. S.48th is not the place to go!

Just had a great experience here. Zack was so nice and professional, letting me know he had to finish a couple online orders before me. He also cut my veggies when closing my sandwich, which makes it so much easier to eat. Thanks, Zack!

09/25/2022 worst subway experience ever. The new start didn’t know what she was doing or even what a BLT was nor did she know what oregano was. Asked for my sandwich toasted and she didn’t even toast it long enough. Put way to much avocado on but I let it go because i want to be nice. My bacon was still cold and my bread was soggy. Also she thought it was ok to chew bubble gum while making my sandwich right in front of her manager…. Oh and can’t forget about the homeless guy sleeping in the store…. WOW i want order replaced but I think I’ll call daytime staff instead

Just saw one of the employees help cover an order for someone whose card kept declining. I’ve never written a review, but this was nice. Don’t know her name, just that she worked 3/27 at 2:20p. Give her a raise!

This is our “go to” when we eat out at subway but unfortunately after last night I may need to find a new location! I have never had a bad experience at this location, I was highly disappointed. Anyways I went in about 8pm and all the chairs were up part of the line looked broken down already and employee was RUDE. I looked up and told him I needed 4 sandwiches as he’s pulling out the paper to put the bread on he’s shaking his head and slapping each sheet of paper on the counter I finally asked if it was a problem and he looked at me like I was a complete idiot! So after not being answered when I asked a question I told him I’d go elsewhere. He hadn’t even got to taking the bread out of cabinet at this point. As I walked out I asked him for his name and he laughed and said, “a guy!” I said ok and kept walking at that point I was ready to give him a piece of my mind. Before I could get to the door I let him know I’d contact management and he said, “this is f****** stupid. So today I tried calling the store on 3 different occasions…do you think anyone answered!? Of course not! Don’t waste your time or money!
