Out Standing in a field
This has to be the worst Subway on the planet. Seriously, I have eaten Subway from CNY to California, from Illinois to Texas.
The bread was hard as a rock. They obviously forgot to start bread as they only had one type… and they were at least a couple days old.
Condiments? Um, no… we are out. Napkins? Nope, you will need to get some from the stall next door… hopefully they don’t find out.
Oh, wait we have a lunch special? We don’t have any of that.

Maybe since they didn’t have anything, and apparently old bread was fine they could have used their extra time to clean the filthy area?

The general manager needs to spend some time here.

I was very satisfied with everything! The sandwiches he made were delicious.

1. The staff were quick to respond and the service was great.

2. The sandwiches had lots of fresh vegetables and meat.

3. The price was much cheaper than in Hawaii.

I simply wanted a soda. But it was bad. I tried to explain that the Sprite was tasting off, and the lady behind the counter was rude. Her words to me “she’s been selling soda all day and no one complained so it’s fine.” The problem is the carbonation level was off and it was a waste of my money. I would’ve requested a return, but due to her hostility, I felt very uncomfortable.

Food is always good but when the workers are rude it makes it not a good experience. CC was her name and she was very rude acted like we were bothering her. Pinched my granddaughter s arm in the lid of the toppings as well. There are few options for food in the Mall and it makes it hard to choose subway when they treat you like you are a bother.

Today my friend and I stopped to get a sandwich for my daughter around 5pm. The older, rough looking lady making the sandwich was very rude and acted like she was annoyed to even help us. I ordered a very simple turkey sandwich, she slapped it together and then threw it on a tray. I asked for a bag because I wanted to take it to go. The lady sneered at me and told me that I should’ve told her that in the beginning , I didn’t think putting a sandwich in a bag was that inconvenient. This woman should not be in customer service, I have worked customer service my whole working career and would never treat people like that.

I went inside Subway inside of Gateway Mall at around 8pm on May 29. The Old Lady working there was RUDE. So we got (2) 6 inch subs, (1) drink, and (2) bags of chips. I gave her the coupon and the total was $10.43. The coupon was buy (1) 6 inch sandwich and a drink and get the 2nd 6 inch for free. I wanted to make for sure everything was calculated correctly. I asked her “if the sandwich was taken off from the bill,” and she threw her hands up in the air and said “well, I don’t know,” in a rude and snappy manner. Look, I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 12 years and I understand how stressful it can be but change your damn attitude. Definitely unprofessional and I won’t be back. That’s a promise!

Holy moly. God bless the front worker kameron. He made he feel safe. He made me feel like I was at home, receiving a nice toasty chicken bacon ranch from my mother. The manager, however, was cold, wicked, and rotten to me. If I could receive a CBR from Kameron Beckler every single day, I would be at subway for every meal. God bless him. I also am cripple and use a wheelchair for mobility, and Kameron picked me up out of my chair and let me hand pick my ingredients. I felt his manly , warm, arms around my side. The way he scooped the olives and spinach was nothing short of phenomenal. He could own the entire establishment and it would run like a well oiled machine. All in all, 4/5 experience, but Kameron made it a 5.

Everytime I come here , based off whoever is working , the service is different. Sadly more often than not , the service is poor. Along with that , they charge me different amounts. Today was my final straw with them as the employee put the wrong condiments on my sandwich even as I asked her to stop, she also change her reasoning three times for as to why my sandwich was priced differently than when I was there before.
