Very nice to have Chicago style pizza this far from Chicago! It’s good stuff too. Most people need to keep in mind, it takes quite a while to cook these pizzas, just like in Chicago. Very clean, nice people, and plenty of space to sit. I’d recommend anyone give it a shot!

My girlfriend and I decided to order from Rosati’s. She lives in Chicago and boosted that their pizza was incredible.
The pizza came like this, I assume it was a bit of an accident from the driver, it didn’t really hinder me eating the pizza. What was hard to get pass was the sauce.
It wasn’t seasoned in any sense. It tasted like it was from a can. It made it really difficult to even enjoy the pizza. The mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull what so ever. I enjoyed the fried mushrooms but I ordered with ‘nacho cheese’ and it was honestly the cheapest tasting.
But what I did appreciate was the toppings. It was cooked beautifully with fresh Ingredients, perfectly halved for my girlfriend and I. I was really disappointed because I wanted to love this pizza. I just couldn’t.

Ordered a Stuffed pizza. When I opened the box, it looked fantastic. When I pulled off the first slice, there was a problem. The pizza, clearly, did not spend enough time in the oven. The cheese was still in an identifiable shredded state. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

We decided to order a pizza tonight even though I had read terrible reviews on line. Big mistake!! The entire experience was not good.
I ordered on line and when my husband got to the restaurant there was confusion about our pizza and order. Finally after two managers and the person at the counter it was found.
Got home and it’s not what we ordered!! The crust was also over done. It should have been half cheese and half sausage, we got all sausage. As a Chicago girl I will also say this was not a deep dish pizza…no way!
A wasted trip and a big waste of $25!!
We will not be back!

An attempt at Chicago deep dish and a poor one at that! Needs way more cheese to be considered Chicago deep dish. Ordered with scheduled pick up time. Waited 30 minutes past scheduled pick up for pizza while the cheesy garlic bread was in the warmer the entire time I waited. Was guaranteed authentic deep dish by the owner…extremely disappointed to say the least!!!!!

Horrible horrible customer service. They can’t get the order done the way the customer requests. This is a consistent problem with this store. And look at this pizza the way it was delivered to me. This is overpriced garbage. You sully the good name of Rosatis pizza, Mishawaka location. Shame on you.

I have been waiting for this location to open. As being from Chicago and loving their pizza there, I was excited to see if it was the same. No disappointment here. The pizza was fantastic. I had to wait ten minutes for the pizza after ordering on line. No big deal. Counter person offered a soft drink while I waited. Ten minutes later, I left with my pizza.
As a small business owner myself, I recognize that a new startup has to work out the bugs. So I would hope people that were initially disappointed, give them another shot in a couple of months.

They are re-opened on Main Street Mishawaka. The staff are awesome. Good food just as awesome as before they temporarily shut down. Go see them for great tasting calzones and pizzas!!
