Soooooo slow. They ran out of steak. We were informed it was still frozen. So much for “Eat Fresh”. They had no chips out even though they informed us they received a shipment this morning. No cookies either. Just one that was broken. They have a sign that says they have apple pie cookies, but the guy told us they don’t have them here. Then why have the sign? I’ve been here several times over the years and the last year or so has been horrible. It’s kind of pathetic.

I go to Subways throughout the KC Metro. This one was great. Friendly staff, great cusyomer service. Clean restaurant. It was less crowded than others at lunch hour.
