The food was so so so good! Adana kebap, chicken kebap, rice, lentil soup, ayran were all delicious!! The guys making and serving the food are very friendly. The food was packaged and served well, the portions were also generous. They have 2 tables and umbrellas for 8-10 people outside, which is a great convenience for a food truck. We will definitely be back and try the lamb kebap and liver next time. They are apparently open every day except for Mondays.

Edit to my review: Also I wanted to add a comment after reading the single bad review. We do not know the owner, did not know this place existed and just found the place on Google maps while coming back from some friends in the region. The food definitely didn’t take 35 minutes (more like 10-15), was very fresh and hot upon serving, and was delicious authentic Turkish food. Probably one of the few places you can find around. The portions were also very good for the price.
Whoever wrote the review definitely isn’t being fair with their review (1 star really? Why did you eat at a food truck and then blame the atmosphere). If it was truly a one star experience they should have said something to the people on-site. I’m sure they would have fixed it. Just adding my comment here for folks who read that review and are concerned by it, that’s how much we liked it and want to support a growing business.

Food is amazing!
We tried both Adana (wrap and plate) and the lentil soup. That’s one of the best Adana I tried in the US.
Also while it’s not written in the menu, apparently they have Ciğer şiş (liver shish) and that was really good too.
They even have tea at the end.
So pleasantly surprised.
No exaggeration, good Turkish food easily comparable to any good kebap place in Türkiye.
