Convenient location (inside Walmart) however both workers did not seem happy to be working at all. No smiling. Neither had a name badge on so I didn’t get their names.

Terrible manager named Mike! He was rude to his employees and talking to them like they were dogs and expecting them to bend over backwards. Also heard him arguing with someone about taking her shifts away just because she can’t change her availability. Another older guy named Michael was also rude to these Indian people in front of me, and made fun of them for not talking well and there being a “language barrier”. Also it was a disgusting place and tomatoes and lettuce were rotten. AND cockroaches everywhere!

On 3/28/22 at 4:21pm I decided to bring two of my mentally challenged clients and another staff with me so we could get something to eat. When it was our turn to order I was making sure that my client knew what she wanted before she went up to the counter. But instead of being patient the man told all of us that it would be easier if we all ordered at the same time but we told him that some of us haven’t decided what we wanted yet but then continued to rush us anyways. My client told him what she wanted and I repeated some of what she said since sometimes she doesn’t talk loud enough for people to hear. Instead of being patient again he kept repeating the questions in a not so friendly tone. This resulted in my client getting frustrated and then later had a behavior to which then the man rolled his eyes and gave my client a disgusted look. This whole experience was completely horrifying because as a caregiver I try to make sure that my clients are treated as equals and to see the way my client was treated by an employee was heart breaking. Also this man appeared to be training someone and he was being very impatient and rude to them as well.

It’s 9:38 pm. They close at 10pm. Says they’re closing in 22 minutes and won’t take an order. Change your hours if that’s the case. I could understand if it was like 5-10 minutes before closing, but seriously? Over 20 minutes before closing? Wth. That’s not “we’re closing soon”

Went in stood in line for 30 minutes, the food prep are was not clean at all. Food partials everywhere. Flies everywhere. I ordered my sandwich and the first person cut the bread put on the meat and cheese. Then slid it down. At this point 3 flies landed on it and started walking around on it. I pointed out the flies, the employee instead of pulling the now contaminated sandwich he just shooed the flies off. And continued what he had been doing. He at no time told me that a new sandwich would be made, he was going to serve me the one the flies had been walking on. I would not recommend this Subway, and I would reccomend a staff change. I walked out saying that I would not eat that sandwich. A truly disgusting place.
