Apparently closing at 9 is actually closing at 8:30 now. I stopped by to get a sandwich real quick, which doesn’t even take 10 minutes, but the door was locked. I’ve never seen such lazy staff at a restaurant in my life.

First of all, I never eat at Subway so i’m not sure if this is a random occurrence but I came in this Sunday on my lunch break and while my sandwich was being made there was an employee coughing all over the food station and on my sandwich so I politely asked them to remake it, which they did and I was very thankful! I drove back to my work to eat my food and as I opened it there was a hair sticking out of my sandwich remake so I ended up throwing it away. I called to get a refund because I just didn’t end up eating it. I was VERY polite and understanding over the phone as I work in customer service (I work in a pharmacy, I get yelled at every other interaction) and just thought this was an unfortunate circumstance. The employee couldn’t help coughing and the hair was just an accident. Like if anyone gets it, it’s me and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a refund in that situation. I spoke briefly with Hannah, who told me I could come back and get it, to which I asked if I could just get it refunded back to my card because I didn’t have time to come back. She said no, and that I could come back tomorrow and they MIGHT give me my refund if they wanted to. I was just really confused by her response because why would they maybe not want to? So I asked her what she meant by that and she said that her coworkers might want to give me my refund but they don’t have to. So I asked if I could talk to a manager to make sure I got my money back and she said “I’m the closest you’re going to get to a manager right now.” She also told me there was not an actual manager I could speak to. (I hate even asking for one) After that I basically just tried to explain my thoughts, and I was still being nice even though she was condescending and rude to me. I ended up getting hung up on. Thankfully, my manager let me come back after my break so I could make sure to get my refund. The boys who helped me were very understanding and nice and willing to refund me even though they hadn’t even heard the full story. I don’t know if this girl was just having an off day or she normally is rude to customers but I could’ve been a lot meaner if i was someone else. I just want her to learn to be a nice person like I was to her even though she was rude to me!

So I ordered my food asked for my sandwich how I like it. Then paid for my sandwich and cooler ranch Doritos and found out after that never got a receipt. And when I told Alice about the bread she wanted to make another and I said no I’m sorry I don’t want to over eat. But also this is first time no recipet at all. Their are so many reasons why you get your receipt. I’m hoping subway corporate sees this and it doesn’t ever happen again. I guess people who work at fast food restaurants including at subway need to remember to give receipts all the time. People please just do your job…

Guy that works night shift super nice! Blonde (girl) is not so nice. We said “same sandwich but no black olives” she misheard and put black olives, no big deal. When I asked her to take them off because she won’t eat them she began slowly picking them off as if it was an inconvenience and not her job? And then talked about us while we were still in the store 10/10 wouldn’t recommend going here when she’s working

Don’t eat here. Rude employees and horrible service. They also don’t participate in Subway app deals so you’ll end up paying twice as much. Go somewhere else. Hope this one closes down!

They don’t know how to ring up food. Ordered a meatball sub for 5.99 and got pepperoni extra for 1.50.. should’ve been 7.49. The lady behind the counter kept ringing it up as a pepperoni sandwich for 7.49 with extra meatballs (so dumb) for an extra 3.00… won’t be returning until they train better people.

My wife ordered a cinnamon pretzel twist and it had hardly any cinnamon on it. So my wife complained and received an attitude from the young woman instead of an apology. Very bad manners and customer service.
