The wife and I both had foot longs. We had a coupon and asked a question the lady could not even answer the question. I asked for soft bread. Mine and the Wife bread is not soft it was crumbling everywhere. I was asked if I wanted my sandwich warmed up I said yes the lady took my sandwich to the back and brought it back I asked why didn’t you put it in the oven after she brought it back to me she told me she had to microwave it up because their oven was down. This would have been nice to know before it went in the microwave . They need to learn to talk to the customers.

I’ve gone there before and it was great. Very attentive young man helped me. Tonight 3/10/23 was a disappointment. I noticed that she was having problems cutting the bread and asked if she needed to get another slice but she said it was fine just air in the bread? I get home to eat to notice the bottom of the bread is still very doughy majorly undercooked. The girls weren’t very friendly and it seemed like we were a bother to them.

I hate to leave negative reviews but today is the day. I ordered my sandwich online which was supposed to be complete by 12:30. I walked in at 12:31 and my sandwich had not been started. The girl asked me if I was an online order, I said yes. This was after she asked another person if they had an online order. Needless to say the just started it then. My first sandwich fell on the floor, eh accidents happen. When they finally got it together and started my order it was wrong and so I said something and she said she was looking at the wrong order. I was going to have to woof down my lunch but the cookies looked good so I asked how much l, she said 70¢ but I didn’t have enough change so I said I’ll pass because I wasn’t going to use my debit card for that. Good customer service would have been “we’re sorry your sandwich was 15 minutes late, please have the cookie on us”. Well either subway doesn’t allow this or she didn’t know any better. My thought is there was not any leadership around and not very well trained employees. I will go to subway again but today had to get a 2 star rating.

A guy orders a protein bowl with nothing proper to hold. The cashier asks if he wants plasticware. “Why would I want that?” he thinks sarcastically. Good grief…how else would someone eat lettuce and saucy beef? The problem is that really happened, and the cashier didn’t think they’d be necessary or care in the slightest about charging as much as a nice cook-to-order restaurant for a blah sandwich.

The girls working right now are unprofessional, cursing behind the counter, Reanna threw my wrap on the counter. She made no eye contact. They are very slow, my sandwich is cold. You can tell they are here for a paycheck and do not care about their level of service they represent for Subway. Highly unimpressed and I really wanted a warm wrap.

Stopped in today while shopping, ordered 3 sandwiches, employee Baylie was NON-friendly, and wound up giving me the wrong sandwich even after she and the other EE discussed whether they were giving me the wrong sandwich or not (I was the only customer at the time, they gave me an employee’s wrap). Figured this out after getting home. Drove back, walked in, Baylie did not apologize in any way, instead said “yeah, we need to make you another sandwich” and rolled her eyes. Upon handing it to me, did not apologize for the inconvenience or even say thank you. Rude. This franchise owner needs to re-evaluate their staff, reviews are forever.

Never had an issue here. Staff is friendly and has no problems using the Subway app for preorders. I walked up about 5 to 10 minutes early from my expected time and the sandwiches were ready and waiting. Fast service and no complaints.

This location seems fair. Located inside of nixa walmart. I have had both good and bad service here over the years but it’s your typical subway. It looks like they have upgraded the inside of the tables and booths which looks nice.

Subway that is located in the Nixa Walmart, they try to be way to fast and end up messing up. She kept forgetting to put stuff on it. I was overcharged and the cashier was so rude never apologized she acting like it put her out to refund me!!
