This store has gone down hill so fast! Everything I order the sandwiches are made wrong. And I am so tired of getting all end sliced of the tomatoes. The sandwich picture is supposed to be extra lettuce, tomato and mayo. It’s bare and minimum.

The elder woman at you location made THIS “SANDWICH!” She didn’t care at all when putting the sandwich together, and kept shaking her head… Then on top of that, she froze the computer for about 10 minutes. And all she had to say was something along the lines of, “oh of course this would happen on a Friday night, when I wanna get outta here early.”

I absolutely loved the food and atmosphere at this location. You’re employee Joe was very friendly and super helpful and did an amazing job helping me and my son chose something we would both enjoy. As we were sitting in the dining area enjoying our meal we seen a bus load of people come in and order food and he handled each and every order with a friendly/professional attitude and didn’t get overwhelmed and handled it all by himself! Overall I feel like your employee Joe is the main reason I would give the restaurant a 5 star rating! This man deserves recognition and a raise!!

I had a very difficult sandwich order and Deborah was very patient with me and fulfilled my order to my satisfaction even tho they were packed. I would highly recommend the subway in Butler because of their good service and amazing sandwiches

Waited 20 min for an employee to even acknowledge me, the kid behind the counter started on my order, than an online order came in so he made me wait even longer to even start our order… furthermore there was an additional employee hiding in back refusing to help. I will absolutely NEVER be back to this location!

The sandwich artist was definitely still training but she was pleasant. The manager was super cool and knowledgeable and made sure she knew what to do. The new subs they have are pretty solid as well. But, oh my lord the prices are out of control. That’s obviously not the staff’s fault though. Overall verdict is that it’s good but pricy.

Both employees were very polite and treated us and other customers like family. We had two pepper steak and cheese footlongs, a veggie footlong and cookies. Everything was delicious. One of the customers was celebrating his birthday. We all told him happy birthday and bought him a cookie. It was a fun experience for everyone.

Went to the Subway in Butler Mo on Tuesday 9/13 . I hadn’t been there for a long time. Wasn’t too sure about their new practice of making my sub their way. I prefer my subs made my way. I got a sub called the Mexicali. I was allowed to make a couple of changes. I swapped lettuce for spinach and added green peppers and extra onions. I have to say my sub was quite good. I would not be able to say that had I not been able to make the changes I made. I still prefer the way subway used to work but worked out well for my first time back in over a year. The new menu makes you feel pretty restricted in choices though. What I would have normally gotten there wasn’t even an option for that I saw. All that said i probably will go back again just not as often as i used to. Bot because of the food but because of the new business model
