Food was extremely quick. I understand it’s fast food but it was warm and dry. Clearly made way ahead of time and just kept warm. The garlic Parmesan tenders my friend ordered for the Freddy Fazbear Box did not taste great and the cheese bites looked like fried gloop. I asked for ranch to go with my fries and was told it was an extra cost. The strawberry cupcake my friend ordered stuck together like glue. The other locations I’ve been to have never asked that and Zaxbys or Chickfila wouldn’t. I actually enjoy Popeyes but this location is not it. I will go back to Popeyes but no this one or I’ll go to Zaxbys right across.

Hands down one of the best Popeyes out there. I work down the street from this Popeyes and both me and my coworker go here almost everyday and it never disappoints. We are always greeted with a smile. The chicken never disappoints always hot and spicy like we ask for. The area is always cleaned and maintained. Always professional. If your ever in the area and want Popeyes this is the one! Everyone in this place deserves a raise.

Chicken tenders are nasty and barely any chicken. They taste like they’re day old chicken that was breaded and re-fried today. Cold, rubbery, gray colored chicken. I didn’t even receive my dipping sauce. I am not even able to finish these so I’ll be hungry for the remainder of the work day. What a waste of $8.

I just left the drive thru and ordered the blackened chicken tenders meal and extra biscuit. I was told that it would take some time to cook the tenders and I was okay with that. Other cars were getting their food, no problem. However, about 10 minutes later and no one coming to my car with my meal, I drove back to the window and the cashier remembered that I still had an order to be served. He quickly put it together and apologized. Okay. I started to snack on my food on the way home and realized that my one extra biscuit was missing and I was short of a chicken tenders. I get that people make mistakes, cool, but the main issue I have is that throughout this whole process, I felt rushed…from ordering to when I came back to ask for an update on my food. And I didn’t even get my receipt! Has to be better!

Be sure to check your bags diligently and never order it through a delivery service because you are guaranteed to be missing items. Even in the drive through when I was checking a lady came out the window and said “you good??” I said “I’m not sure yet, I’m not done checking.. there’s always something missing”. Sure enough all the sauces and an order of fries this time. Then one of them comes to the window and asks “there really isn’t a bag of fries in there?” As if I’m trying to con them out of fries. In fact there was a single order of fries in there. Part of the 2 regular sides for $5 but the fries for the 4pc meal were not there. It can’t be that hard to believe you left something out when I tell them each and every time that I’m there that they left out something. They’re fully aware they do this constantly because I tell them that they do! And I know what you’re thinking.. Why do you still go? Well because my son is autistic and this is his favorite for some reason and I get it for him 2 or 3 times per month. Also this time the coleslaw tasted like ice-cream. It went right in the trash. For the 20th time, Popeyes on Lexington… please put all the food in the bag. People make mistakes but how is it possible that y’all always leave out multiple things 100% of the time.

This has to be one of the better Popeyes in Georgia. Food has been consistently good and the people taking your order all have been nice. Will definitely be back. Have had a variety of things here from chicken to shrimp to sides. All has been enjoyed by whole family.

Ordered wraps online just to get there and be told it will be longer they were waiting on the truck to unload and had no tortillas. 3 minutes later told they were not available so now I have no lunch and have to wait 5-7 business days for refund. Not happy and hungry.

I have been to this Popeyes many times without any issues; but today the girl that was in the drive thru window was so rude when we asked for honey our biscuits for no reason. Everyone is not cutout to be in customer service and I hope she finds another job .

Customer service and food is ALWAYS great at this location when we visit. I didn’t get my sprinkles as requested but the hot fresh food and pleasantries made up for it. Didn’t need it anyway..
