Hello upper management and manager at Douglassville Wawa. Was going to your Wawa for 18 years. Stopped going halfway through last year. Understand that prices have gone up for everything so when you get a hoagie at Douglassville Wawa you would like the roll to be soft like it was years ago. Like your hoagie to be made right and put meet on it. Most of hoagie is now just lettuce. People at counter are great. Sorry Wawa. Hope greed hasn’t put in front of everything.

Pumps are getting a little slow here, I should not have to spend over 20 minutes to fill a 24 gallon vehicle tank. Some pumps are typically out of order and whatever Wawa locations did with changing to the new style handles recently is apparently causing the handles to break more easily. I drove up to one pump (that was not coned off) and after swiping my card and trying to pump the mechanism simply would not engage no matter what. Need better maintenance at this location.

Went in on a Saturday at 5 a.m. hoping to snag a premade breakfast sandwich. None were even out. So I ordered a breakfast BURRITO and I got a breakfast quesadilla well done. After close to 10 minutes waiting for my item the employee called my number 590. When I told him this wasn’t a burrito and with a quick look at his monitor he said “I’m sorry, I can remake it for you”. I’m on my way to work. I don’t have time for screwups to be fixed. That is why when shopping at a Wawa you pay the premium fee for convenience. Not pay extra money for no frills food and have it remade, because an employee does not have adequate help or training.

Just had a HORRIBLE customer service experience with some girl at the register named Carrie- (young girl with long brown hair) was trying to have her scan a coupon from my rewards app and it wasn’t scanning she rudely asked me to “hold your phone up because I can’t scan it” there’s such a thing called customer service if you hate your job that much don’t work here then, because there’s plenty of other people that will work that would do a much better job than you sweetie-your making the store look bad as a whole. Also it’s not my fault that your register wouldn’t scan, so why take it out on me!

Early morning is pretty rough. Coffee is frequently empty and or cold. Today I got 2 hoagies that were very light on toppings and the bread was old and dry. Send like this store needs better management and more employees to keep things running smoothly.
