horrible service. waited 10 minutes while this girl was making someone else’s order. while the other one avoids the customers completely. then she made my sandwich wrong only found that out when i got home. put ham instead of salami. and to top it all off she let a customer go in front of me, while helping her out she burnt my sandwich. spent $8. never will be returning.

Are the bathrooms locked? I was literally the only customer in the store door was locked before I ordered and after I was done eating. No ice tea, app let me order it though then they just say sorry we never had it. The best of all for last. Ordered a 6” sub. Get 4” of meat 1st and last inch of the sub nothing but some bread and vegetables. Meat only covered half the bread that it was on. I hadn’t been in a subway in a long time and won’t be again

The store only had two breads available. The manager admitted that they do not have a full compliment of fresh bread till 11 a.m. .She guaranteed us the bread was still fresh from the day before even at 14 hours old. The bread was dried out, bland, and very hard to chew. The meat & cheese on the BMT were dry. The bell peppers had a sour taste and ruined both sandwiches.
The store opened at 08:00 and the chair were still up on the tables. The only chairs down were where the manager was working on paperwork .
There were no freshly baked cookies. Leftovers from the day before. We asked for three items. They were out of all 3. The manager said “ l have been off the last two days.” That is even more of a reason to come in early to make sure your not walking into a disaster and make appropriate
resolutions so the customer doesn’t suffer adversely.
The manager should take the employee in the back when admonishing her. Not in front of the customer.

I have ordered delivery from them multiple times. The last several orders have been wrong or completely missing. There is no way to call and talk to someone because I have tried. The number listed goes straight to a fax machine or something. They have shown me they constantly don’t care and do a poor job. Do not order from this subway!!!

Ordered through the subway app, a door dasher texted me that someone had already picked up my order.
I called the restaurant where a monotone boy that sounded like he wanted to die told me I couldn’t be helped at the store and I would have to contact door dash. I asked if his manager was there and if not what day I might find her available. And he put me on hold and then came back and said “I don’t think there’s anything she could help with anyway”
I’m okay with things going awry in delivery but step up the customer service this was a terrible experience.

5 stars experience. Colton and Anita are a joy to be around. They provide an excellent customer experience and prompt service. Never have I had a negative experience with this location. This subway should be viewed as the model for a perfectly managed franchise.

The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet! He checked for the spicy dill pickle chips, which they didn’t have, but he made my sandwich perfectly! It’s so rare to find someone who cares about their job. If I lived closer I would visit this location so much more! I didn’t catch his name but corporate and management need to give that man a raise

The food itsself was incredible. The most flavorful veggies I’ve had from a subway and I used to be an assistant manager at one. The customer service, however, was incredibly off putting. Anita, the employee, acted as if we were causing her an issue by ordering and she never bothered to smile or treat us like we weren’t a problem to her. It’s not that I’m entitled, it’s that I’m schooled in the correct way to treat people and this lady didnt have it. Maybe she was having a bad day? I dont know, but its sad I can’t give this location a higher rating. You make a decent amount to be someone who makes sandwiches all day. I would know. You shouldn’t treat your customers as if they are an issue.
