Sab Fried Rice in Fort Smith is straight-up fire for pho lovers! ✨ This hidden gem on Rogers Ave nails that authentic Thai/Lao vibe, and their pho is next-level. We dove into the sampler appetizer (perfect little bites of spring rolls, egg rolls, and more—crispy, fresh, and addictive) and then the classic Pad Thai—chewy rice noodles, perfectly balanced sweet-tangy sauce, loaded with chicken, and that signature crunch from peanuts and bean sprouts. Portions are huge, flavors are spot-on, and the broth on the pho? So aromatic and comforting, especially on a chilly day. The staff is warm and welcoming, place is clean and cozy, and you can tell they pour love into every bowl. If you’re craving real pho and killer pad thai in Fort Smith, Sab is the spot—don’t sleep on it! Will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

January 21st, 2026…, I had a scheduled layover here in FSM and decided to try something new. All I can say is 10, 10, 10, EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING I ordered here was DELICIOUS!!! The prices are awesome, the food is phenomenal and the beautiful lady cooks really know how to make some magic in the kitchen. Like I said 10 all across the board. I can’t wait to get another flt. sequence w/ this layover. I will definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by for anything they serve. Being my first visit I wanted to sample a little bit of everything. So I ordered the AP1 Sab sampler (and all the tasty sauces it comes w/ and a must have of all for the diverse flavors). Then the soups I started to feel like I was coming down w/ something so I was needing hot and sour and of course spicy. I ended up ordering what I thought was a “small” Tom Khar Kung (shrimp coconut soup) and a “small” Wonton Soup. Keep in mind the portions here were very generous and a pleasant surprise. Now I’m not a huge spicy fan but…, yes lol this place, the flavors worth the spice Not knowing the generous portions especially for the awesome price point I ordered the Panaeng Curry (chicken) that came w/ steamed white rice on the side (shaped in a heart) Phenomenal!!! Keep in mind if paying w/ card instead of cash there is an automatic surcharge of 3% mine w/ everything ordered was $1.50 so it wasn’t crazy like most places. Overall incredible experience from all of the points that I have included in this review. Also just a little note the dinning in space here is very limited. Luckily they only had a couple of customers so I was able to find decent booth seating away from the door (avoiding the breeze of the cold air when opened.) Our family had an amazing time at Sab Fried Rice! Everything was fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Our server was phenomenal and made it an even better experience. We ordered the edamame, satay chicken and spring rolls as appetizers. DELICIOUS. Our entrees were just as perfect, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Can’t wait to come back!

We have a go-to Thai restaurant we’ve loved for years—but after tonight, that might be changing.
From the moment we walked into this small but beautifully decorated space, we were treated like family. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with every bite. You can tell they genuinely care that you enjoy the food—and we definitely did.
The star of the meal? The wontons or the Drunken noodles. The chicken on the two friend feid rice was also spectacular. Hands down some of the best we’ve ever had—wontons were crispy, very flavorful, and clearly made fresh. Every dish tasted like it had just been prepared with love and quality ingredients. The prices were surprisingly reasonable too, especially for the level of freshness and care put into every plate.
This place may be small in size, but it’s big on flavor, service, and charm. We’re already talking about our next visit. Looks like we might have just found our new “go-to” Thai restaurant.

A delightful lunch at a Thai restaurant we had not tried yet. Food was fresh and piping hot! Service was attentive. I especially like that you can pick your heat level using a “10” scale. Will definitely be back!

SAB has a variety of dishes on the menu. Today I had the appetizer sampler and shared it with my husband. Each piece had great flavor and was served with a variety of sauces. For my main food I ordered fries glass noodles with the seafood variety for my protein. I am leaving with my belly full and a Togo box to enjoy at home. I can’t wait to come back and order dessert first!

Such a cute place with good food. They redesigned the inside of the place so they have more of a cozier setting. Food is amazing with perfect service. I would definitely take my husband here next time for a date night. I highly recommend trying out this thai place. They have specials for lunch with fast service if you need somewhere to eat for a quick break.

I love this place, and I eat here a lot. I probably won’t be coming here anymore. The women who used to be in the kitchen were fantastic—friendly, fast, and the food was phenomenal. Now there’s a new face in the kitchen. I don’t know who this woman is, but she is not the same, and her food is not the same. Service is slower, and the food doesn’t have the same bang it used to. The flavor is different. It’s a noticeable drop in quality.
