Horrible experience just now with the worker Makayla. She never greeted me. Ridley asked me what type of bread I wanted my sandwich on. Was slamming down the glass panels. She threw my sandwich on the counter after it was toasted. Then tried to charge me when I got the sub of the day. After I paid with my card, she walked away didn’t even give me my receipt or bag my food. I had to grab my receipt from the printer.

We were traveling through MO 9-27-25 around noon and decided to stop for a sandwich. The mid aged lady that helped us was very friendly, she went above and beyond to make our sandwich. Every item was placed on the sandwich with care. She even heated up the chicken before adding it to the bread and toasting. We always order the same sandwich and by far this sandwich tasted so fresh and good. Thank you for a great sandwich!

Terrible customer service. Did not greet the customer, had a high schooler that didn’t work their eating cookies behind the counter, and threw a cookie across the room to a friend. The workers there seemed like the only customer in the store was an inconvenience to their social life. The sandwich was simple and fine.

Total screw up! I used the phone APP to order a Wrap for my wife and a Footlong for myself. The base meat was appropriate, but the added ingredients were completely swapped. This was a potential health hazard! My wife cannot tolerate certain vegetables. The individual needs additional training and supervision.

My wife and I usually come here once a week to have lunch after visiting our daughter who lives nearby. Although our two toasted sandwiches were very tasty, the man who prepared them for us was not very friendly. The restaurant was not even that busy while we were there, but this guy seemed very overwhelmed and not happy to serve us. What’s even more surprising, is on a previous visit we were served and checked out by two younger teenage boys who were much more friendly to us. I’m not generally one to complain, but I would suggest the owners promote one of these boys and send that older guy back to training!

I initially had wrote a very nice review for this location. Being in the top percent of restaurant reviewers for Google, I had also attached my 50 pictures of the restaurant. I am now pulling those down and rewriting my review. This location fired a worker for being sick. That is absolutely disgusting behavior and something I cannot get behind. I will no longer be eating at any Subway location. I just arrived to the Midwest from Nevada and I’ve been seeing nothing but now hiring signs. Maybe if they wouldn’t fire workers over something they can’t control they wouldn’t have an issue hiring people. Keep your dignity by not working here. You deserve better for yourself. Someone should look into the management as well. I’ve been hearing several complaints about a lady named Sherry all over facebook and Ive confirmed with media that she’s also the one who fired a kid for being sick. Her job needs looked into. She should not be working at a place that requires compassion for other humans.

The 12 year olds behind the counter were incredibly slow, nice kids but customer service sucks. I’d never stop there again. One kid asked me to lift my legs while I was eating so he could sweep under the table, unreal.

I tried the new BBQ sub. It was pretty bland to be honest. I would suggest a different BBQ sauce. The sandwich maker wasn’t really that talkative and you could really tell he’d rather be anywhere but there. The restroom was clean so that is a plus.
