I’ve had bad sandwiches before, but this one takes the cake (and then serves you crumbs). First off, they gave me the wrong bread—because who needs what they actually ordered, right? Then, they followed up with a tiny sliver of meat that looked like it had already been chewed up. Honestly, it looked like someone took a bite, chewed it, and then gave it back to me. I’ve seen more substantial portions in a snack-sized bag of chips.
For $20, I expected at least a sandwich that looked like it had been made by someone who understood the basic concept of what a sandwich should be. If you value your dignity and stomach, stay far, far away from this franchise. SUBWAY needs to remove this location’s franchise tag ASAP—because the only thing being served here is disappointment. Jersey Mike’s would never let me down like this.
This location deserves to be shamed into closing down because no one should be subjected to such a sad excuse for a sandwich. Seriously, Subway—do better.
Sincerely Moe Ron
Actually, the nice smells wafting from the subway was what drew me inside, I was debating between the JJ and Panera Bread nearby, but my nose led me here.
One-man band holding it all together, props to them!!
I came here to dine in, but the experience was absolutely unacceptable. While customers were eating, an employee was actively mopping the entire floor, leaving it soaking wet and extremely slippery. It was impossible to eat comfortably, and honestly, it felt disgusting. This kind of cleaning should never happen during business hours when people are dining—it’s both unsafe and unsanitary.
To make matters worse, when I brought it up, the older employee was rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the concern, they brushed it off with attitude.
There is no excuse for putting customers at risk like this or treating them with disrespect. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I seriously hope management steps in to correct these practices.
It must be a joke the lack of common sense they have. Paying 20$ for a 5$ sandwich is a joke. Then they laugh in your face again with the smallest little sliver of meat. This place is a total joke. I’m honestly laughing at how embarrassing this sandwich is. Please to god let’s all meet here once a week to protest this terrible location so subway will remove their franchise tag and we can get an actual sandwich spot like Jersey Mike’s.
