I like subway but this one is not worth it. You ask for a light amount of mayo and they drown your sandwich. You will also find all of your toppings to be on the outside of your sandwich. I always get the same thing but this subway is the only one that has this much trouble with making my food.

I’ve come to this subway a few times. It’s hit or miss depending on who is working. Jan 9th 2023 came in around 10am. Only one person. I don’t know her name but she was fantastic! All the food looked great! Very awesome experience I give her 5 stars. I came in again Jan 11th about 1030am. A guy and the girl with the pink hair. Didn’t even say hi to me. No greeting. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. The equipment wasn’t ready. There were several items missing. Things looked messy. My sandwich was awful. And the attitudes and lack of any emotion was appalling. So again. Its hit or miss with this location.

The sandwiches are good at this location if you go in and watch them make it. If you order online or go through the drive through, your order will be wrong every time without fail. We have ordered online several times and it is always missing something or completely wrong. This time was the last. Not worth it.

First, the lady who was helping at drive up had fake finger nails 4 inch long. Second, the touchscreen was not working correctly and looks like it has never been cleaned. Third, went to window to tell them the issue with touchscreen. Was told to go back and try again because they couldn’t take my order because of COVID. I was frustrated at this point. Drove back around couldn’t get the Turkey sandwhich options to work. So I chose chicken and then ask to make it turkey. I still got chicken and then it took about 15 minutes to get my wrap. I didn’t get any napkins. Poor service, and the customer doesn’t matter and 15 minutes for being the only one in line. I will never go here again.

The two employees are sitting at the front of the store at a table, not taking anybody’s orders with the whole store open, and nobody behind the counter, protecting the money or taking peoples orders they just sat with their heads down and didn’t help out why are they even working?

Drive through only open. As soon as I got to the window the lady working was punching the wall and screaming. She opened window asked for my total and gave me my food but was very rude. Then she proceeded to say she’s going to have to put a trash can in the drive through bc there were to many ppl ordering. Then she shut the window. Very unprofessional.

The workers literally through our mobile order together. Chicken was cold, these kids working here need to either be taught how to properly work or be fired. Had to go back up there to get sandwiches fixed and they still made them wrong. Meat goes on top veggies, etc on bottom. Gave us old bread but when we went in store there was freshly made bread just sitting there completely cooled. The girl ran out of Mayo and decide to put light Mayo on my sand which instead of getting what I asked for. Subway is a simple job and they are terrible.!
