I recommend avoiding this location. If you order online and the employees can’t properly make your order they flat out refuse to refund your order. They only refer you to cancel it yourself which isn’t possible. I’ve worked at many food locations that take online orders in the past and all of them were more than happy to cancel orders for customers when there is legitimate reason to.

I have come here 3 times in as many weeks. The first time, it was 6:30pm and they were out of bread. BREAD! A sandwich place out of bread. What were they gonna do over the next 3 hours they were open? The 2nd time, they couldn’t take orders because the systems were down.it was again 7pm. Today at 5:40pm, they were out of tuna….AGAI.N..

Ordered online for pickup. We got there and they didn’t know anything about our order. Then they asked if we ordered from another store. No. So the lady went to cash register and put our order number in and low and behold our receipt printed out.

Okay it’s been over 4 months and you cannot get service here! Why? Because April will tell you she only has wheat bread…every. Single. time. When my husband pointed out there was white bread right in eye sight, she claimed it was from yesterday. But….you don’t have white bread today??? This place is a joke. Fire that girl already!
