Cutting back on the portions a drastic amount as a business, and the service here is a toss up. They can be either really nice and friendly or really mean and unwilling to help. I’ve walked in before forty five minutes before close and had the worker just shut the lights off to the lobby and refuse to come out of the back room. If you’re closing early that’s fine, but at least come let me know that instead of just turning off the lights and hiding from me.

I didn’t receive my pita and hummus via door dash, called back and said I wanted one for free for compensation, for forgetting the first, they agreed. Didn’t get any before they closed…the workers were unprofessional and sounded like they were about 12 years old…Apparently, have to go through door dash to get any refund!

I have shied away from coming back to the CF location due to awful customer service in the past; but they have really cleaned the place up. We ate here 5/18 around 2:15 PM, and had THE best customer service from two younger guys. There were a few people in the restaurant and it was only these two, and they handled it SO excellently. They were quick, kind, helpful, and the food was the very best I’ve ever had. These guys have made me want to start coming back more regularly. They deserve a little praise for their good work.

This new ordering in store system is a major set back I haven’t gone there in a while. But you don’t get to build your own any more. You have to look thru this index of ingredients on a poster on the counter. To see if they even have what you want. They have to enter each choice on the screen like your online ordering and you don’t get to see it made. Makes it real awkward and inconvenient. That’s convenient for ordering at home when you have time to browse and make your selection not standing on the spot in front of the cashier.

Tried Pita Pit for the first time ever, and now I am obsessed! I am a really picky eater so it’s hard for me to change up what I eat. But there are so many options and actually some flavor! Will definitely be coming back!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I went in to grab a pita at 2pm on a weekday. I was the only customer there. Two young men were behind the counter. I assume they worked there but wouldn’t have known by their attire as they were both wearing sagging sweatpants and hoodie sweatshirts (with nothing that said Pita Pit). Neither of them acknowledged me at all. Eventually one of them walked super slowly over to the register where I was standing but he did not say a word to me nor even look at me. I stood there for 20 seconds or so, wondering if he would ever look at me and ask me what I’d like to order. He didn’t, so I asked if he was ready to take my order and he nodded. I ordered my pita and he asked, “what?” He didn’t hear my order because he had an earbud in one of his ears. The other worker had one in as well. I cannot believe how completely unprofessional and rude that is and how that could ever be acceptable in the food service industry. Honestly appalled as this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, or maybe ever. Won’t be going back for a long while.

Pita Pit isn’t bad at all. It could use a bit more protein in their options, but for a city with limited healthy choices… I can’t complain! It’s a decent spot when you want something quick and relatively healthy.

It just didn’t taste as good as other times. I always ask for mayo and pepper and I think they forgot it.
After paying my bill, I didn’t get a thank you or any acknowledgement. The server got on his phone and never looked at me.
I’ll give them another try, because I used to really like that place.

Pitas always taste really good. But no one smiled or really even looked up at me today. I felt like just another customer today. The man taking my money did not greet me, look at me, or say thank you once. Uncomfortable experience.
