Surprised to see these negative reviews! I come back into town a couple times a year, usually stop by here once or twice per visit, and I’ve always had a good experience and found the service to be friendly. It might not be as quick as a place like McDonald’s but that’s because, well, it’s not McDonald’s. The setup is different so it’ll take a little longer, but the quality is definitely better.

They have improved on their customer service as of late. I know several reviews state is takes several minutes for the order to be delivered but everything is cooked to order, so this is not your typical “fast food” place.
With that being said the food I have ordered in the past has usually been hot and fresh. There have been occasions when I forgot to check my bag before leaving the drivethru only to find out when I got home the “fries, cookie, etc” were not in the bag….frustrating? Yes, but not the end of the world. The employees I have dealt with seem to work hard and care, so I can certainly appreciate that.
All in all the food is good and made to order, pricing is a little on the high side. But if you check your local flyers there are sometimes coupons available that help take away the “sticker” shock.

I had ordered a small combo as well as medium fries. Waited too long at the window for them to even take my card. And when I finally did receive my order it was completely cold and missing my medium fries. I went inside to receive an explanation. Instead the manager just grabbed my order to make it fresh. And then I received fries in a small container than I originally had. I ask for the manager again and heard her say “What does she want now?” Her response to me was unprofessional, quick and inconsiderate.

Stopped at 8:00pm on 8/7/2020 have been stopping there for about 10 years with our pickup and trailer. They told us we had to move we were taking up to many parking spaces in all the years we have been stopping there maybe couple times couple other cars came in. We were not parked in front rows we parked as far back as we could but had to avoid snow pile there was not 1 customer in the place we were not blocking flow of traffic at all. Guess they just didn’t want to work. We left and will never go back.

Terrible. Sunday morning, not busy. only us and 3 ladies. Got there at 10:25 AM. 4 of us standing at the counter, nobody came to take our orders. One woman went behind the counter and helped herself to coffee.
They were standing outside smoking. Somebody from kitchen hollered at them them “customers at the counter” but no body came. Now when we did get help they would nit serve us breakfast. Said they were out of biscuits also. Finally got a make shift order with no fork. Just 2 spoons. Oh they were out of forks. Only thing good was the coffee was hot. Will never go back

Love the food but service is abysmal. You almost always have to wait 5, sometimes 10 or more, minutes before getting your food. Even if they don’t have a lot of customers. I have actually watched the same couple employees standing around doing nothing while I waited for my food.

Ordered the food and it was ready within minutes. We tried the Monster Roast beef sandwich, it was too big for our mouth. Otherwise i thought it was pricey…compared to other fast food chains…

I went and through the drive-thru on my way home. By the time I got home which is 28 miles away I realized I was missing half of my order. I tried to call the store and talk to a manager about it and I got a response. I left my name and number so that they can return my call when they were available and I never got a return call. I paid for the food that I did not get and I will not go back here. If I would have got a call back by rating would be different. And the food was good and the drive-thru people were friendly that is the only reason that there is a 2-star instead of one

Took forever to get a order. I sat at speaker over 10 minutes. They told me they were extremely short. Then once ordered I waited at least 10 minutes. I ordered a mushroom and swiss, nothing more. No drink, fries, etc. Burger was hot, but I took it back. It had a tomato on it and the mushrooms looked like they were scraped off leaving 2 mushrooms, no sauce. They fixed it, but not with a fresh burger so it wasnt as hot and I could taste the tomato. I doubt I go back.

Typically 1 out of 5 times you get food from here, the overall experience is pleasant. Otherwise, you deal with slow service, or your meal is not what you ordered. Go somewhere else, the food isn’t worth it frankly.
