Food was as expected . They need to put there online order process from the front of the line. We were not greeted walking in. The guy that used to say Hello Welcome to Subway today. Is literally overwhelmed with nothing but online orders and said I’m working on a online order . That was it. Foot traffic isn’t really important to this store. Order online people. That boys can’t stand your face.

Closes super early! Doesn’t stay open pass 630p – 7 let me add some stuff I wish I could give a zero horrible customer service never orderrhrough app they cancel and take your money.. Courtney is a horrible manager seems to not care very rude not willing to help.. just says order on app is doordashes fault sorry but I ordered on your app… Courtney also doesn’t know management skills in dealing with an upset customer.. she should learn.. this place is also always out of meatballs well The Boss is hilighted on advertising as a main sub.. mostly horrible management with young kids.. when a manager isn’t leading by example how do they learn… how to Diasculate situations and still give good service..

Ordered online, drove all the way to the store to see that they were closed? Been 3 weeks, still never got my refund after contacting corporate. This business is terribly run, still don’t understand how they are allowed to open this subway.

I just ordered a bunch of sandwiches for pick up through the app. My sandwich was absolutely drenched in red wine vinegar. The bread was just soggy with it. This is exactly how I wanted it, thank you so much!

Ordered online. Bread was not what I wanted and instead of calling and letting me know they just used what they had. Bread should already be done by the time doors open so customers can have what they want. When it was brought out to the vehicle nothing said about the order and they didn’t put any napkins in the sack either.

I visited this Subway at 6:30PM on Thursday 4/26/18. There was no one else in the restaurant and staff came out to greet me. I first noticed that there were a few tables dirty. I went to use the restroom and there weren’t any paper towels to dry my hands. I had to use toilet paper! I told the staff and they apologized, but really?! There was a female employee working and you would think that she would have noticed that plus it wasn’t like they were busy!! The spinach I selected for my sandwich wasn’t fresh at all. I picked some off before ate it. With all of the concerned with bacterial poisoning it really should be changed out more frequently. They had heavy metal rock music playing so loudly in the lobby that I chose to leave the restaurant in order to eat in my vehicle. I’ve been to this Subway many times because I travel to this area periodically. The music is always extremely loud. Management should recognize that not everybody likes their taste in music while eating. Not a single napkin in my bag either—frustrating!

Went to pick up a late dinner as we had a busy day and they were completely out of bread 1 hour before closing. Will not be returning to this location. I’ve seen other posts about them running out of bread or closing early. Bread is kind of an important part of making a sandwich.
