These two women were absolutely wonderful. This is my and my husband‘s first time ever going to Subway in Grain Valley ????
I would suggest People understand what it’s like to work In any kind of fast food service
Especially late at night by yourself.
They did a wonderful job. I am so serious, people don’t have to be nice
Regardless to even when they’re shorthanded, overworked and underpaid…

We order from here at least once a week. The food is usually very good, but today i received a sandwich with hardly any meat on it. These werent the usual people who make our sandwiches, so hoping they were new and are working out the kinks.

08/23/2025 at about 9:00pm. The red head employee was more concerned about talking to her friends than doing her job. She was also wearing slippers which I thought was unprofessional. The other employee was very kind and went above and beyond to help compensate for her coworker who was not interested in serving customers and doing her job. Big thanks to the one who actually helped us and treated us well.

I drive past probably 5-6 subways to go to this location. Always made perfectly. Always ready on time. The only one around who actually accepts promo codes…. And they’re 20% cheaper than all the other subways!!
If you steered clear of Subway for years because they usually suck, give this one a chance!

Disappointed by my experience at this location. The staff, mainly teenagers, displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy, making the service unpleasant.
Ordered three large sandwiches but received barely any meat—just four pieces on each, far from what I expected. On top of that, my food was prepared incorrectly.
This level of service and food quality does not meet the standard I anticipated. I hope management takes steps to improve both.
*I spoke with the manager and she did inform me she would speak with staff concerning the situation. She was very pleasant to speak with and offered to replace all 3 sandwiches free of charge. I declined the offer because the sandwiches were eaten upon our arrival at home.*

We ordered again..same subway..and we are all in bed and bathroom sick..the food was cold but it made us all sick for second time.im reporting this..eat here at your own risk me n my family will never go to this one again, it happened twice.

update: haven’t ordered for a while because two sandwiches in a row were absolutely soaked and vinegar and oil. But wanting to support a local vendor, I try again.
Sandwich ruined. Just absolutely soaked in dressing. The bread was hard and inedible and all mushy on the inside sad and upsetting.
My sandwiches are so great here (I need to stop eating those cookies! Some great music is the only suggestion I have. I love the place.
