Can’t believe this place, they always get my online order wrong and the short middle age women always has attitude every time I come in this has to be the most unwelcoming and unprofessional subway I’ve ever been to. Always the same, met with a bitter rude attitude when I walk in and say “hello I have and online order” she always says “well it’s not done so wait for it” even when my time is well past. Will not be back, until this problem is dealt with.

Cannot get my order right.Incompetent!!:( They actually want the made incorrectly food back or they refuse to remake it. That’s definitely a big problem when you live 40 min (roundtrip) away. If you order steak and cheese no bread bowl make sure you actually get cheese! I wouldn’t go here ever again. They simply don’t stand behind there work:(

Have given this location numerous opportunities and they never fail to disappoint. Employees always seem like you are bothering them even though it is dead in there. Food is rarely fresh. They don’t honor any subway deals from what I’ve seen. their online process is nothing short of a joke. I’ll drive the 15 minutes to ofallon before i go to this location

I was mailed coupons and I tried to use the buy 1 12ft get 1 free. They wouldn’t accept it at this location. Clerk says there are signs posted in store. Doesn’t help when I drove there coupon in hand only to be told this owner won’t take it.

Super, and I mean super, fast. I have never had a negative experience here. I go here at least 5 times a month. And it’s never been more than 8 minutes. I have never been disappointed. Yes I know it’s young kids working here, but they have their ish together. Strong management, fantastic pos people.

We had a coupon for buy get one free footlong. We were handed a list of certain subs we could pick from. The coupon did not say anything about the subs we wanted. Won’t be going back.

I honestly never leave a review but felt the need to. This subway used to be great but the past two times I have dealt with rude staff. Both times was an older blonde woman who looked annoyed the whole time and questioned everything I asked for and gave me attitude when I didn’t give her the exact change. This time I went in and they were all sitting down on their phones and one of them rolled their eyes when she had to get up and take my order. god forbid you actually have to do your job and not sit on your phone when you have a customer. Everyone there was just very rude. Like I said I don’t usually leave reviews since I myself work in customer service but o feel it’s something their owner should know about
