Did a online order and ordered italiana ceddar bread got and they made or sandwiches in just italiana bread and didnt tell us. When. I went back in to tell them it was wrong they said they ran out but didnt tell us or ask if we like a different kind. Very poor service.

Natalie is the first subway person to get the “wel-done” bacon request. Thank you for taking the time to make our sandwiches awesome! Very clean restraunt and personable employee. Highly recommend.

Food had no flavor. Had a philly, asked for double meat, did not receive double meat. Wanted an Unsweet tea, however both containers had Sweet tea in them. One of the men working the counter rolled his eyes and had an attitude with me when I explained the situation with the tea. The other man instructed him to make me Unsweet tea. While the new tea was brewing, the man continued to give me dirty looks. When it was done, he told me I could have some. The new tea was Sweet also!! The tables and seats were dirty on about half of the tables in the restaurant. The floor had trash on it as well. Do Not recommend the Subway in Winfield, MO.

Placed an online order. Get there and they tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. The app shows my order was cancelled but they never refunded my money. Now I have to deal with the bank in disputing the charge.
Obviously according to other reviews this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.

From multiple family members and friends having problems, myself included, with finding hair in food, deals not being honored, and overall poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend.
Update: years after my initial review, I was willing to give them a chance again. Didn’t get the opportunity as I arrived at 8:10pm only to see the lights quickly shut off and one of the employees working there yell that they were closed through the door. Everywhere I can find says they close at 9pm. Pure laziness. You had one chance and ya done blew it.

Super, and I mean super, fast. I have never had a negative experience here. I go here at least 5 times a month. And it’s never been more than 8 minutes. I have never been disappointed. Yes I know it’s young kids working here, but they have their ish together. Strong management, fantastic pos people.

Tried to order online for husband to pick up. Charged my card then canceled order swears never received any order and my husband was sitting on his bike in hundred degree weather. They don’t understand English. Try to call you get a voice-mail box
