Usually I have a OK experience at this location however, the last time that I went to this location, the woman who was making my sandwich, stuck her armpit in my sandwich. She was making two sandwiches at a time and instead of sliding mine over to make my partners sandwich, she stuck her armpit into my sandwich. I really don’t know if this was intentional and I don’t think so but prior to that I had asked if she could put more vegetables on my sandwich because they had given me about 15 pieces of lettuce and three arches of onion. I will never go back to this location. That was a very bad experience and I was very angry.

Went there to use a coupon and I had showed the worker at the start of my order but when I went to check out the second worker said they would not honor it. Order ended up costing twice as much as it should have. Overall the chain as a whole had become overpriced compared to what it was before.

I come here often, so often the guy knows my sandwich. I most times want to eat in but I have to rearrange the tables and chair because they have them pushed together as if we shouldn’t eat in. I will take a picture next time.
Also tonight while making my sandwich she took the rest of sauce and wiped across outside of bread as if I want sauce all over my hands.

My boyfriend just went to get us subway, and as I was eating it I feel something weird in my mouth so I pull it out and it’s a red piece of plastic. I imagine it probably came off of some kind of packaging that their product comes in that probably fell in during prep but gross, nonetheless. I try to not make a habit of eating plastic so maybe be more careful next time when prepping your stuff.

They do not order roast beef. If you want any sandwich with roast beef go to any other subway. Haven’t had for months I drive a little further to another.

The manager(owner) of this location is very rude. I called to see if I could change my delivery address because i realized i put in the wrong address. He then told me I couldn’t change anything and asked if I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I said yes I will cancel he then told me he couldn’t cancel because he already made the sandwich(I called right after I placed the order which was maybe a second). So I asked what else I could do and I was informed I couldn’t do anything, at this point he had a very bad attitude and was yelling at me and calling me names, so I asked for his name and corporate’s phone number and he then proceeded to hang up on me. I do not recommend.
