I don’t expect a ton whenever I order Pizza Hut. Generally, just expect plain ole’ pizza that tastes like average. Sometimes I get surprised in a positive way, this time it was far from positive.
The “Detroit style” was laughable, had hardly any pepperoni, and looked like it was a joke pizza. Taste wasn’t the worst, but definitely not what my wife and I were expecting.
The new melt crisp thing I had was mediocre. I’d actually try one of the pizza ones instead of the chicken bacon trash one, which might be a bit better.
Alfredo chicken pasta I had a bite of and threw away. Sauce was runny, bland, and overall was a waste of flour, cheese, MSG, and whatever else goes into it. Those ingredients deserved better than to be turned into that.
This Pizza Hut has room for improvement.

Stacy was extremely rude and handled a mistake poorly. We got the wrong pizza, brought it back to see about getting the correct order, and Stacy snapped at us and her employee. We hadn’t even said anything to her; we were dealing with the other employee, but Stacy got involved and sarcastically asked if we could wait two seconds. We were just standing there. It was uncalled for and shocking. She also was handling money and went to the kitchen and touched our food without washing her hands. Unacceptable. Stacy has terrible customer service and is unprofessional on all counts. The other young employee was doing a good job.

I just picked up this XL Big New Yorker, and I was shocked when I opened the box, and it’s burnt. I’m in my feelings, and I’m tired and don’t feel like calling to complain. So I decided to post this review because they knew when they handed it to me, it was burnt. Thinking back, maybe that’s why they no longer show the pizza to you upon pickup. Well, my teenage son is going to eat it regardless of the look, that’s why two slices are already gone. Thank God it’s Friday

I talked to Dani today with Pizza Hut and he did an amazing job of taking care of the situation, and restored my faith in the company as a whole!! He was amazing!!!
The pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce. On top of that it was burned. When I talked to the manager on duty she at first refused to refund my money. Eventually, she did agree to do so after arguing with me about it for several minutes and refusing to give me anybody above her to speak to to resolve the situation. She did not have good customer service skills and has obviously not been trained and how to de-escalate a situation. It was the most pathetic situational awareness of a retail manager I’ve ever seen. instead of just agreeing right off the bat and apologizing and giving me what was a $16.68 refund off of a $60 transaction she wanted to argue and continue to escalate the problem..

I don’t eat pizza often mostly because it’s hard to find good pizza in Abilene, Tx, but I got a pepperoni pizza from yall tonight and you hit it out of the park. Great job.

I have ordered pickup on weekend evenings several times at this restaurant, and each time I am impressed with how good the experience is. My food is always ready on time, and hot and fresh. It’s always clean inside with nothing on the floor. The employees are all kind and well mannered. I hope they are appreciated because they do a great job!

Ordered a 1 topping pizza and was told that cheese counts as my 1 topping. They usually cook the pizza’s pretty good at this location but I wont be ordering from here again. Drivers are always friendly but based off my conversation with the store member, I paid for a topping that I didn’t get. No offer for resolution.

Waited for over an hour past the time my order should have been ready. It’s Halloween and they are busy. Okay, so why only have one cook available? They have refunded so many people due to poor planning. I haven’t had any good experiences ordering from here, so this will be the last time we order from Pizza Hut. Left without the pizza
