Very hard to understand the employees. Didn’t seem like they wanted to help me. The restaurant wasn’t clean and I had to wipe off my table before sitting down to eat.

When placing my order a lot of the ingredients were frozen inside of the containers. The last order I placed for a Hot Honey Pepperoni Sandwich, they didn’t even have the hot honey. They were also out of many other items. My sandwich also lacked tons of ingredients. 90% bread, 8% toppings, 2% meat.

This place has really went down hill since the other gentleman used to own and run the business, or maybe his kids run it now and just don’t care as much as he did.

Barely could understand what I was asking to order. Seemed annoyed we were even there. Food was not that great. Had to repeat things several times and still messed it up. Haven’t been in years and will definitely not be going back.

The sandwiches were good, a new worker, wasn’t sure how to make he was struggling a little. Then supervisor came out and helped him,which was good. Waited about 15 20 minutes, only ones there. Will go again.

Went there yesterday I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and a all meat foot long the foot long was fine the chicken teriyaki bowl was so freaking bad hardly no lettuce I had more onions and jalapeños. Usually when you go to subway you can see threats and condomients but they had them to where you couldn’t see them.. won’t go there anymore I’m going to fire house subs at least I know the food will be fresh and they will be honest about the pricing

From cheep to high end in under a decade Subway has reinvented itself by only changing the prices. But at least the food is still consistantly a B+ and conveintly placed in every stripmall and reststop in the USA. This location is in the top 1% of good subways though. It is clean and their isnt any food in the wrong containers giving me olives in a handfull of peppers. So thats all i can ask for.

Disappointed. They market breakfast so I went around 7:10 AM. This particular location markets they are open 7:00-Am-9PM M-F.
I show up lights are off no big deal. I give them 10 minutes finally someone’s show ups so I attempt to try and get into the building and he just shook his head no. If you don’t wanna be up this early change your hours.

Usually a really good place to get sandwichs and pizza. I went there and got 2 cheese pizzas, something different. Now, there are a few good workers there that are amazing, but this time it was a kinda newer kid. Now I don’t want to discredit him since he’s new, but I have had service from him once or twice before. How ever you can tell he still needs training, and the woman with him, who I guess is his train, wasn’t doing squat to help him. And because of this he messed up my order. I didn’t notice it at first, you know since it was 2 simple cheese pizzas. Yet when I get home I find both my pizza’s stuck to the white paper that your supposed to take off of them to put them in the boxes. And the cheese is glued to the box and paper. I’m highly disappointed, and would hope they train their employees better.

I just sent a friend there to order 2 footlong sandwiches. They were supposed to be steak melts with cheese. They were barely warm and no cheese was even put on them. Ordered salt and pepper, there was none. The veggies and the meat barely covered the sandwiches . When called they were really kinda rude and argumentive. So I was on my way to work and did not have time to go there to take sandwiches back and wait for them to remake them. So I am without all the way around.
I would NEVER recommend this subway to anyone.

I ordered through the app for the first time- and wrote under special instructions to please toast my sandwich. I realized when I got home it was not toasted. (I think there may have been another place to order this toasted, but I missed it, and couldn’t find it when I went back over the order. – this is why I wrote in the special instructions section.) I called when I got home, and the male worker said I could bring it back and he would toast it. I told him there are items now on there that I don’t want toasted. (Lettuce, Tomatoes, and their sauce – not sure if there is mayo in it) He ARGUED that I didn’t order a toasted sandwich. I asked for a manager, and the guy says, “she is going to tell you the same thing.” The manager saw that I requested one of my sandwiches toasted (it was computer printed out on the receipt and highlighted) so she offered to remake it. I brought it back, exchanged sandwiches, thanked her, and came home only to find my now toasted sandwich didn’t have any cheese. I didn’t call back again. I don’t have time for rude, incompetent workers. Is it asking too much to get what you ordered and paid for? I’m ok with a mistake, but not ok with being treated rudely. Please give that guy some customer service training or keep him away from people and phones. I hadn’t been to this location for several months because of how rude the staff was during my previous visit. My suggestion to you: Try a different location.

Incredible service! Tonight I came in and the two employees were trying to caught up on tasks that they had throughout their shift. They were rocking with awesome and delightful customer service!! They asked questions, added convos, and then double checked before completing all the customers masterwichs(masterpieces and sandwiches). They had all the customers in smiles and I cannot talk for everyone, but I felt completely taken care of and btw full!!! The raspberry cheesecake cookies were the perfect addition to my order! Thank you for my perfect meal!! Also to the gentleman employee, thank you for lending me your landline to find my cell. I’m extremely embarrassed that it was one of those days and of course I changed my cover, but I will say most companies would not have insisted to “just take the landline and find you phone, and then just please bring it back.” I will not hesitate, I will tell everyone to go to this location and definitely try the raspberry cheesecake cookies!!
