Went there on my break first part she only put one scoop Tuna on my sandwich and spread it out said if I want more it be extra I over look that cause look like she was confuse with everything I was saying next, I order a chicken bacon salad With a topping on . when I got back, eat my food I know that it was my food I called up there. They hung up on me three times to see how can we resolve this so on my break I went back up there and very upset because they hung up the phone and showed them. I had her in my food and they proceeded to call her manager and take pictures. Which I told the it’s not really a big deal sometimes it happens food places with you guys do not Where hair nets I. See she is explaining that she’s very clean, which has nothing to do with She call her manager, and she said that they don’t have to wear it Opposite to ask for my receipt Multiple times which she didn’t want to give me because I was not About to argue I just called Corpo Proceed to say that Because she didn’t see the chicken or the bacon, which was clearly as they in the salad, I feel like if I pay my heart on the money you could easily re-Or refunding my money for the salad I would not be back in this is place anymore This never happened to me And on top of it, she said that she was gonna refund before the salad voted out but still made me pay a difference of $8 And say the rest of them will be back on your card in 24 hours Which is ridiculous cause I will still be paying taxes so we are not getting a refund back So I life I was treated very unfairly Do the situation which they have policies which I’m very familiar of because I work for the state of Missouri And I will be calling them shortly. Hopefully I’ll be the one to do a clean policy look they hair was all out !

We asked about using our coupon before ordering and were told our sandwiches would qualify. When we went to pay, they suddenly said the coupon was online only. We started placing the order online, but then the staff said the manager refused to honor it because the sandwiches were already made. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Don’t tell customers one thing and change the story at the register just because you want a few extra bucks.

Ordered uber eats for veggie patty received veggies sub without patty. Cold and not toasted as well. It would have been nicer if they called and informed for a different order or lift phone call. No sauces or dressing cold food.

Last time I went here, I had a sandwich with some extra cheese on it. The lady ringing me up was not the person who made my sandwich, so when she rang me up she forgot to add the charge. She noticed after it was too late, and even though the charge was around a dollar, made me go to my car to get change to pay for a bag of chips to make up the charge. However that didn’t matter as she just added the charge on top of the bag of chips (good thing I brought extra change I guess). In hindsight I should’ve just left when they made me walk back to my car to get change for their mistake, but that was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I won’t be going back.

I’ve been here three times over the year. The only Sub shop that is experiencing a brown mustard shortage.
*5/7/23… came here again after 4 months. Come to find out Subway phased out brown mustard. Also the meat is paper thin. Guess it’s time to move on. Do better Subway

If I could give zero stars I would. The first time I went, I ordered multiple sandwiches for my family’s dinner. When I got home I realized that one sandwich was messed up, so I took it back up to the store to be fixed. The man who helped me was extremely rude, saying I told him the wrong things to put on it, when I had the list of my order right in front of me. Then when I requested my sandwich to be toasted he said last time I told him I wanted it microwaved, which is untrue. Very rude and poor service. I will not be returning.
