Ordered uber eats for veggie patty received veggies sub without patty. Cold and not toasted as well. It would have been nicer if they called and informed for a different order or lift phone call. No sauces or dressing cold food.

Cold cut combo, the cheapest sub on the menu, is now $9.19 for a 12″. This sub used to be $5 a few years ago. I do not get paid 80% more than what I did when this was an affordable lunch so why should I be expected to pay 80% more than what it’s actually worth? Walked in at 12:30 on a Tuesday desperate for a fast lunch and the place was completely empty. I laughed at the menu and left. Seriously, go out of business already.

Last time I went here, I had a sandwich with some extra cheese on it. The lady ringing me up was not the person who made my sandwich, so when she rang me up she forgot to add the charge. She noticed after it was too late, and even though the charge was around a dollar, made me go to my car to get change to pay for a bag of chips to make up the charge. However that didn’t matter as she just added the charge on top of the bag of chips (good thing I brought extra change I guess). In hindsight I should’ve just left when they made me walk back to my car to get change for their mistake, but that was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I won’t be going back.

First visit, took my new puppy and 4 yr old dog. Even though it was curbside it was such a great experience! A ton of information was given to me and all my questions were answered. I also love that they have an app! What a great experience!

I stood in front of the employee for at least 5 minutes and was not even looked at. No other customers were there, and he was obviously working on a to go order. I would not have cared if he would have at least acknowledged my existence and said Hello, I will be right with you . I have never felt so disrespected in my life.

If I could give zero stars I would. The first time I went, I ordered multiple sandwiches for my family’s dinner. When I got home I realized that one sandwich was messed up, so I took it back up to the store to be fixed. The man who helped me was extremely rude, saying I told him the wrong things to put on it, when I had the list of my order right in front of me. Then when I requested my sandwich to be toasted he said last time I told him I wanted it microwaved, which is untrue. Very rude and poor service. I will not be returning.

After looking at the door and seeing that most of the coupons are not usable I was hesitant about going on in. I should’ve walked away after that there were three other customers who got refused there coupons and I feel that a coupon that is given out by the company should be able to be used for all sandwiches not just one.
