Store shouldn’t be listed on their App if they don’t honor the coupons. Also, service sucks the lady behind the counter is rude and when I did get a sandwich the lettuce was wilted and they skimp on the toppings. Will never be back to this location. I’ve never posted on anyone’s business until today. This location truly sucks!

I placed an app on the subway app. I had a valid coupon thru the app. The store cancelled the order because they don’t accept coupons. So if you plan on using a coupon on the app find a different store.

I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The store was clean, well-organized, and everything looked super fresh. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—no rush, no attitude, just great service.

Skimping on the toppings and I paid for double meat.. sauce has been watered down, the online order said it was ready but they forgot and made the sandwiches when we arrived. I wouldn’t go back to this one at all..

Amazing service! First time using this location and it’s my new go to. I ordered over the app, had 2 crazy customized sandwiches and left instructions in the comment box. The lady behind the counter was so kind at pickup and the sandwiches were PERFECT! Currently pregnant so the extra cookies with the sweetest note attatched, made my day! <3

They advertise a hot honey chicken sandwich that sounds really good, but one time I went in there they said the don’t have the hot honey sauce. About 2 weeks later ordered on line a hot honey chicken footlong and again they had no hot honey sauce , they could have told me by phone this information.and I would have changed my sandwich completely. Worst sandwich I ever had the sauce is probably what makes the sandwich. Take it off the menu if you don’t have the right ingredients. Very disappointed.

I ordered through the app using the Bogo coupon which we have used at this location in the past only to find out when we went to go pick it up our order was canceled because they don’t accept coupons after they did that to me no way I was gonna order anything else from them and I will not ever be back.

Food was ok but not much meat on the subs and the other issue is they don’t honor any coupons or specials period. Every other Subway in the metro area honors the coupons and specials accept the one on Bayless. We won’t be back.
