Took a quick ride to Providence to try Brasa and Chifa, the newer Peruvian/Chinese spot from the brains behind Los Andes Restaurant, thanks to a solid rec from Whatdidyoueattodaysir . The Brasa Tray was a slam dunk: quarter chicken, pork rib, picaña, chaufa rice, lo mein, fried yucca, sweet plantain, & pico, all for $38 – what a steal! Everything was incredibly fresh, seasoned to perfection, & we were in and out in 30 minutes. Fast, flavorful, & a total must-visit.

We went to this hidden gem a little outside of Providence and it was worth the drive. We ordered the Brasa Tray which came with Chicken, Ribs, Picana Steak, Chaufa Rice, Lo Mein, Fried Yucca and Pico de Gallo. We also ordered a 1/2 Chicken w/ Rice, Beans, Fries, and Corn Salsa. Both Platters also came with a couple of delicious Salsas.
All the meats were perfectly cooked and delicious. The Chicken was nicely brined and very juicy. The Ribs were very tender and flavorful. The Picana steak was also very tender. The sides were all seasoned well and nicely complimented the Meats. I especially liked the Rice and Beans.
We also ordered the Churros for Dessert, and the Chef was very nice to bring it out after we were done eating so they stayed nice and warm. I normally don’t like dessert but these were crispy and fluffy. Overall I was very happy with the meal. I wished this restaurant was in my neighborhood.

Absolutely an amazing casual restaurant experience. The chicken and sides were all some of the best ever. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was as neat and clean as could be. The manager took the time to swing by our table and ask how everything was… Definitely will be coming back.

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Those slow roasted rotisserie chickens are packed full of flavor. The steak is tender. The low mein and yuca fries are great. The food is very fresh. They get a lot of business so they’re constantly cooking. Good service and the only waiting you’ll do is in line. It’s a good place to bring the family or just a solid place for a great lunch.

We ordered “The tray” which was a great mix of different things to try. Outstanding value first of all because everything was delicious. On top of that the portion size was enough for two people to share. The steak was an absolute show stopper. Seasoned beautifully and it absolutely melts in your mouth. Sweet plantains were a standout for us as well. The ribs were tender, juicy and incredibly flavorful. We all felt some sort of honey bbq sauce on the side to be able to dip them in would have turned a home run into a grand slam. Service was fantastic and more than on point. Not only will we be back VERY soon we look forward to visiting their “sister” restaurant just up the road Los Andes. Keep up the great work Brasa & Chifa!

WOW! Literally writing this inside Brada & Chifa! My partner and I decided to check this place out since it’s by Los Andes so how could it disappoint? And sure enough, it hit every note! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so warm and welcoming. It’s honestly so refreshing to see and is a dead giveaway that it’s by Los Andes because the customer service is always on point!
I tried the margarita and the man who made the drink said it was a personal recipe which was strong and good. It was worth every penny— delicious and well balanced!
My partner had the Brasa platter and you can definitely share it between two people. They don’t skimp on the meat and the sides to meats ratio is perfect! I had the half chicken and my god the spices are so rich and are perfectly paired with the yellow sauce and/or the chimichurri sauce.
The staff came around to check and see if we were liking the food and ask if we needed anything which was so thoughtful. It was also so clean. When the staff wasn’t at the register they were cleaning or checking on customers.
Cannot wait to be back! 10/10 recommend!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon, the spot was fairly small, not too comfortable for dining in. The food was a mix of Peruvian and Asian cuisine. Very unique and tasty. We ordered a little bit of everything but the best food on the menu is their rotisserie chicken and yuca fries with their house sauce. Their margaritas were phenomenal, great portions and pricing overall was reasonable. $75 for 3 meals and drinks! Definitely worth a visit!

I saw this place from a random Facebook post and found it interesting, so marked it on Google maps.
Finally got a chance to bring family here while dropping a friend’s kid at Brown.
This place is very family oriented. Many families come to enjoy the shared dishes.
We ordered a Brasa Tray to share between the 2+2, then added an extra portion of the grilled steak to satisfy everyone’s needs. The flavor of the meats are great. The Lo Mien noodles and Fried Rice are as good as Chinese restaurants.
The staff is very friendly and explains everything.
