Never again. I hadn’t gone to this location for a while… now I remember why. First, they still don’t accept coupons. Bread isn’t fresh and tasteless. The sandwich toppings are skimpy. And… the chips are 2 weeks expired and stale.

I will never go to this Subway again. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE COUPONS for one. So screw them on that. It used to be run by friendly people. Since it’s been bought out, staff is rude. They mumble rather than speak clearly and act like it’s a big interruption of their day. Since it changed owners I’ve only gone twice. First time was awful, Second time only because I was asked to stop there and again AWFUL. When the person I took there tried to use coupons they rudely told her WE DON’T TAKE COUPONS. Which meant my friend who expected one price paid triple because the coupons were not honored. Staff were over the top rude actuly grunting rather than full on talking to a customer. I will make a formal complaint. I’m more than disgusted with this place. Shame on these owners.

I ordered on the app, and the order went through, yet when I showed up for my order, the employee behind the counter had closed early, and said I’d have to contact the manager tomorrow to get my refund, as she did not make my order, despite saying the order was “ready”. She closed the store at around 6:00, even though the store location says it is open until 8. I will be calling the store in the morning, because I want my refund for the order that I did not receive, as the money was already taken from my account. I am hungry and quite annoyed, especially because this location is usually quite nice.

The staff were nice, but if you are a vegetarian don’t go to this location. They don’t carry either the veggie patty or egg, leaving for very poor choices compared to other Subways.

My husband wanted to try one of the new subs advertised so he and I walked into this subway at Chippewa and Jameson. The door was unlocked but the worker laughed and said they were closed. We pointed out that the hours on the door indicated they were open and he pointed to the “open” sign and said they were closed whenever he turns it off. My husband asked if he really wasn’t going to sell us food and he said no, and we could tell anyone we want.
