The workers were very rude. They toasted my sandwich without asking and burnt my bread. When I asked for a little more Mayo she got frustrated and put a ton more on my sandwich. When I asked who the owner was she replied sorry I don’t know, and I said well who is your manager she replied Don’t know. They were goofing off when I walked in and did not greet me. She was worried about what the kid in the back was doing and did not want to wait on us. I spent $20 on 2 sandwiches and they were gross. The bread was old as well.

I stopped by here on my way to STL. There were three young workers and I was the only customer. But the place was very very clean and everything was stocked perfectly. The staff was so friendly. Clearly they were working even if there wasn’t anyone in the store.

The last couple of times we have stopped in the air-conditioning has been broken so we have taken our food to go. I feel sorry for the people working not to mention food safety. It was 85 in there today 7/19/2023 and I wonder how safe the food is..the people are keep the cold case shut but it has to be struggling because the lettuce was starting to turn brown around the edges. If my family or I are sick later today I will know why.

Subway is always great. A much better choice then something greasy. The Subway in St. Clair has been closed a lot lately and don’t know why. The only problem I have and it could just be me, but they put this somewhat clear sign on the glass. And I don’t know about the other people, but I like to see the food clearly that I am ordering. It just makes it hard to see if things are fresh.
