My family has been here a couple of times now several weeks apart. Each time the food has been perfect. The place very clean and the staff very professional and courteous. At other Jacks we usually find issue with the food. It’s fast food, errors happen. But here, so far, it’s been great. I drive about 140 miles before we eat here, but this is a place we do and will continue to stop at.

They are a lil slow. Order some tacos and 2 meals. Employees to me to pull to the front and they’ll bring my food out, which is ok(I guess) then proceed to wait about 15 min. The part that was upsetting people in drive thru were still driving thru. Even people going inside were getting their food and leaving before I even got my food. Idt I’ll be going back to that site again

I visited this Jack in the box in passing a lot and had only visited the drive-thru during the day. The food has always been hot and fresh, and the sourdough is always well grilled with butter that gives it that golden look, and it tastes delicious. Yesterday evening, I decided to stop by and actually go inside, and my previous visits were crushed. The sourdough bread was toasted and not grilled, which was my biggest disappointment. The lobby wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t clean either. The vibe was weird, and it was very cold inside to the point that even the employees were wearing jackets. Needless to say I will not be going back in the evening time again.

If you expect good service stay away. The night crew on 12/26/22 was absolutely awful and made my family feel very uncomfortable. A part of our order was wrong so we notified the young woman at the second window what they got wrong and she told us to go ahead and park out front for the missing items and they would be right out. Within a few minutes of parking two women and one man come out to give us the missing items. Two of them were holding the door and giving us looks while one of the women gave us the missing items. We said thank you and she just turned her back and walked away rudely. My family was traveling so we wanted to eat quickly where we were parked but the employees made us feel very uncomfortable!!! They kept starting at us as if judging us and I have never ever experienced that! I gestured to the man through the window from my car why they kept staring at us and if there was an issue and they not only mocked me but were laughing as well!!! I work in customer service and I would never ever treat ANYONE the way these employees treated me. I never write reviews ever but this one really got me heated! I will be calling corporate on this one for sure!
