Went a few days ago, I ordered inside and could tell the girl was new, but she was friendly and polite, and both my sandwiches were made well and correct. Appeared to be pretty clean but needed to be stocked ( cups, chips, etc). Hard to blame the kids working if management isn’t doing their part, but it seems like food and service can be hit and miss.

The worst service. Takes 10-15 minutes to get something even if you’re the only one. Overcharging compared to other locations. Staff wears pajamas. They hang out in booths on their phone with trash bags on the ground. Always shutting down hours before official closing. Place is incredibly dirty. Sandwiches not made well at all.

I dont even know how to respectfully explain my 42 minute experience. I was the only one there. They didn’t know where anything was. Didn’t know how to work the microwave, was confused on how to warm up the meat and cheese because I didn’t want the bread toasted. Told they couldn’t heat the cheese on Top of the meat. Both workers told me they don’t know how to roll up the wraps so I told them to set it by register and I did it for them. I told them which buttons to push on their equipment. Stopped them from trying to put a cookie that dropped and broke in my bag. Watched them use their mouth to take off their glove and put the dirty glove on the cutting board then bare handed wrap sandwiches. 30 minutes in of consistently stopping them from closing the sandwich to cut it to tell them I wanted veggies on them still and sauce. Each vegetable I named they started to close it so kept repeating myself and a line built up behind me at that time. They were hopping customers and I ended up with sandwiches that other people behind me ordered. 60 dollars would of looked prettier in my toilet stool.

The teenager working by himself was extremely rude and impatient with customers. He threw the hot pans on the counter that made a terrible noise and DIDN’T WEAR A HAIR NET! He also overcharged and there was light fixtures shattered

When your closing sign says 9 pm and i get there at 8:30 the doors are locked and the staff is sweeping the dining area, not to cool having to drive back to house springs.

I made an online order and double checked 3 times to make sure I selected the correct time 630pm and then when I submitted the order it said it would be ready at 605pm. I submitted the order at 546pm. I started calling the store as soon as I saw it said it was going to be ready at 6:05 p.m. instead of the 6:30 p.m. That I selected online. I didn’t get anyone to answer until 5:52 after calling five times in a row. Kept ringing. Finally, a young man answered and I told him What had happened in his exact words were “about that, they’re already made” and I said okay. Well I’m actually somewhere where I can’t leave and I can’t be there till 6:30 that’s why I selected the 6:30 but I called as soon as I submitted the order but no one answered and he said yeah. That was because we were busy making other online orders and then I politely asked if there was any way that I could have them remade to be ready by 6:30 So that way they weren’t all gross and soggy and he said “well, What am I going to do with the other one that’s just a waste of money.” Which I 100% understand but also it was an error from the website and I continued to call as soon as I notice and no one answered… And looking at the other reviews… Everyone else is having the same experiences I did.. rude customer service.

I had decided to get a sandwich and at the time they had the lobby closed. Though this was long after other establishments had opened. On top of that the price doesn’t reflect what you get. Prices are sure going up for subway and without the watching and customizing your sandwich aspect I would not recommend.
