That’s Disgusting
Placed an order at 9:45pm the tracker showed driver on their way it said they would be pulling up in 2 minutes but the vehicle made other stops and then returned to the store, the vehicle then left again and finally arrived at 10:45pm and everything was cold, my sandwich was made incorrectly and the pasta looked disgusting, very small portion and extremely dry.

Placed an order around 2pm and order was marked as delivered around 3pm. When I went to check my order was no where to be found. I never received a call or text message from the driver. I tried to contact the store after the first three calls someone picked up on the next call and when I started to speak they hung up on me. I called about six more times over another hour and no one ever answered. Tried to file a complaint with customer service so maybe I could at least get my money back if we couldn’t get our food and was dissatisfied that it was just a bot and did nothing to help at all.

I placed an order for delivery for a pizza, a bread side, and cheese steak sandwich. The driver delivered everything except the pizza. The delivery driver returned with a cold pizza that wasn’t the pizza that I ordered while the rest of my original delivery had gotten cold. I was surprised when I received a call from Brad, the store manager, the following day, asking how to make it up to me. He told me to contact his store directly to get a new order to make up for their mistake. I tried multiple times and was put on hold and then disconnected. I’m very disappointed because I have had multiple deliveries and there was never a problem. And then when there was, there was no one that had time to talk to me. But I made the mistake of ordering from them again. This time, the pizza was so undercooked that it was warm dough with pizza toppings. The only part that was cooked was the top of the crust. I will not make that mistake again. I’m done with Domino’s.

I only had one problem with the experience I didn’t get my garlic butter I requested however the next time I opened my Domino’s pizza delivery and the team of associates and deliverer were able to make it up for the inconveniences

Cookies were burnt and lava cakes had no sugar on top. Plus stopped the 2 minute curbside pickup timer way before bringing the food. Stopped it at 42 second and took 4 minutes after to bring the food.

*2013 review Got pizza here and everything was perfect 1st time ever I found a place doing it right. The topping were just as I expect it to look loaded. I have got 4 different pizza and wing so far all came out amazing. Their thin crust was really good and soo many pepperoni’s. *2020 review. Going to update my review as new managers again and the people here dont bother to call people back when they contact cooperate. I let dominos know 3 times that we had an issues with an order getting old pizzas nuke warm and dried out when we got there within 12 mins of placing our order. They never bother to call back. The last time corporate told me they let them know and its up to them to contact me and keep their customers happy which apparently isn’t worth their time. Its a shame I been going here for over 7 years and load of orders but now Idk if I will bother. There’s been other issues too that make me feel that way. I hope things get better because normally I am a dominos addict, but I dont like paying for dried out pizza. This night there was no time to redo the order.
