Went to the location after work and walked in started to order and they informed me if I was using a coupon that the subs I wanted wouldn’t work. Half the menu is part of the no coupon policy now. Why offer coupons if you can’t use them. $13.00 for a sub is outrageous. I guess that is why there was no cars in the parking lot. I will never be back to a subway until they change there policy.

We usually love the subway but today was a different experience. The online ordering was down and we didn’t realize. Okay no biggie that happens but when my husband went in to get the order the employee on shift was rude and treated him like a nuisance.

I always request dressing, mayo etc on the side on to go orders to prevent soggy bread….It usually don’t happen.

I ordered off the app. When I got my food i realized it was the wrong sandwich. I called the store after I got to work and was about to eat my lunch, the worker that answered the phone was very rude and basically told me it was my fault that I picked up the wrong order when my name was on the receipt on the bag. She refused to let me speak to her supervisor and refused to let me know her name so I could call later and talk to a manager. She finally agreed to let me have someone pick up order as long as I sent the wrong one back, no problem I work in the food service. She gave my friend that went to get it for me problems and when I got the order back it was still wrong and cold. I won’t be going back and I hope that their manager and corporate managers read this and actually do better from now on. There is no reason for the attitude when they made the mistake in the first place…

A few days ago I stopped in to this Subway around noon. I had two different orders, each having four sandwiches. The crew that were working that day were rock stars and got us through the line very quickly. They were all very friendly and well organized as well. Definitely will visit this one again if ever in the area!

I was there this evening to order two foot longs. I waited 30 minutes!!! I was actually in disbelief… Alison and Alex were there and I must say, they were the two most miserable people in service industry I have ever seen. Alex was slinging food and drawers everywhere. Body language indicated he hates his job. Fortunately his co-worker, Alison was somewhat better. This business will be out of business if they continue with these two. Even at $13. an hour (minimum wage) these two should thank their lucky stars to have a job. Many people have worked much harder for a lot less money. I will try Subway again, but if service is this bad again, and again I will choose another option. I’ve been in management. I would have “jacked” this young fella up long before now. Either work or leave. And at least “act” like it’s not an imposition to wait on someone. Not at all happy with Subway. And no one to report it to. : (

I’ve had quite a few not so great experiences with this specific store. I called in an order- I requested for both sandwiches to be toasted a little bit longer… they were not toasted very long at all because the sandwiches were hardly warm and the meat was still slightly chilled and the bread did not have a crispy crunch, it was slightly soggy due to the dressing and them sitting in a bag for how ever long and do keep in mind I called in my order and was asked what time would they need to have it ready. I told them said time and I arrived right on time.. Almost $24 for 2 sandwiches that are not fresh and slightly soggy, I’m slightly disappointed and annoyed. Things happen and I totally get that which is why I don’t sit and write bad reviews on food chains/restaurants but this isn’t my first bad experience with this location. I’m giving 3 stars because the sandwich still tasted good, just not fresh at all..
