We stopped into this little town, and found this subway. The ladies inside were so kind and caring. I’m going through chemo and cant have veggies like they do at subway, unless they are washed. And they went out of there way to wash it and make me feel safe with eating there. And the food was really good too. If you’re hesitant to stop here, don’t be. 11/10

This store has a female worker that has a horrible attitude and told me the coupon I wanted to use was expired even know I just got the coupon in the mail. Then my mom and her friend went in there a few days later and the sane girl refused to even accept the coupons they had. It’s one thing to mess with me but my mom. I’m gonna have to call corporate about this.

Updating this review as I had a previous bad experience, spoke with the manager who seems very nice and really concerned about the issue, and I thought that the issue was handled. Decided to give it another try (I had some free 6 in sub coupons specifically for Goreville Subway and they would not honor them, so I ended up paying for crummy made sandwiches again. (I got a 6 in meatball sub and it had 2 meatballs and at least a cup of sauce- too messy!)

Went into get my daughter a sub, there was 3 workers behind the counter and the little girl just stood there paying with the knife. Then she proceeds to start opening the ovens. Her co-worker pointed to me and she still just looks at me. I tell her I need help and her reponse was I know. I asked well are you going to help me and she says well. Extremely rude ans cocky. Needless to say I left and won’t be back.
